Well as Vinny said .. He totally deserved it for being so stupid to run away because he had an xbox taken away ..
The point is to slowly take away his time on the Xbox. Wether he likes it or not is irrelevant when he can still play the 360. Once he's gotten used to it, you increase the time again. Eventually, he doesn't care that he can't play it because he has other things to do. But, in this case, if I further the logic. It's down to the parents again as they are the ones making the decision for the child and they have to know how he'll react. If they don't know how he'll react, that's bad parenting. Is it an extreme if the child has nothing to lose? To him, you just took away his entire life by his own parents. chances are, he felt betrayed by what his parents did.
The kid must have had some sort of mental issues....no one is that stubborn... The parents were right to punish their son, but they should have been disciplining their son much earlier on...before that behavior become so apparent. When a child misbehaves, they need to understand there are consequences for their actions.
That's said, but at the same time pathetic...And worst of all it was because of **** of Duty Modern Gay **** Stupid, not Halo......
The 360 did nothing at all really. Millions of American have this Xbox, and if we follow stereotypes about their stupidity then... Canadians must be stupider. Because not once in the news have I read of an American running home because his parents took his Xbox.
