I broke my system trying to upgrade to the intrepid beta, so I had to reinstall everything. I decided to try fedora as long as I was reinstalling an OS. I hated it, and went back to hardy. My system is still really minimalist. I dont have a list of windows on the bottem any more, I just have that Icon in the bottem left. I click it, and up pops a list of windows for switiching to. I made some more shortcuts, because I hate using a touchpad, and I hate using an external mouse. Alt-Space for the Run Application Diolouge, which I just discovered and love. Its like launchy but better. Alt-super for terminal. Fn-super to minimize. And Menu for the menu. Everything is so much faster now, including my typing (35 WPM now). I'm trying to figure out VMware, so I can do this. Now really all I change is my wallpaper. Good-walls.com is good.
