MAJOR DISCOVERY! NO JOKE! Ha, I just keep on having the most amazing discoveries. I am so amazing. Alright, enough of me boasting, this is epic. In the main crypt area in the biggest structure there is a pillar. Yes, you read correctly, a pillar. You'd normally just walk past it in a game without paying much attention. Where it is: walking in from the entrance to the crypt in the big gap between the structures, its in the second "room" before you get to the room with the UNSC computer and the funny cane thing. Yes, its the big bronze pillar in the middle with the hieroglyph things all over it. But wait, there's more! Look more closely. The hieroglyph symbols are infact minature windows into the pillar. Yes THE PILLAR IS HOLLOW. And if you continue looking, you'll see some purple energy waves inside the pillar, moving up. BUT WAIT, THER'ES EVEN MORE! Ok, while I was looking at this, I thought, wouldn't it be great to get inside this pillar? So I switched to Monitor mode and flew to the top, and to my amazement, there was a small gap at the top. Unfortunately, the gap is too small for a camera, monitor or spartan/elite. I tried jamming in a teleporter, but this didn't work, neither did a spawn point. But I'm sure, there MUST be a way to get inside, and who knows where that might lead....... If there's anyone out there who can help get inside the pillar, then please, help. And my sincere apologies if this has already been discovered before and I just haven't noticed. Oh, and by the way, there is undeniable evidence that the ruins of Sandtrap (but not the towers) are made by the Precursors.

No, I was just confirming this for a guy who is new to the thread who had posted this a few pages previously. Oh, and thanks BlueJay. I hope for all our sakes that I find something (or something gets found) which really helps. Hopefully soon. By the way, sorry to dampen your spirits, but here's one theory that I can disprove if it hasn't already been. People have been commenting on the fact that Aegis Fate has lots of interior detail. Well, the only reason for this is that the ship model was simply copied by Bungie from Foward Unto Dawn in the campaign. All they had to do was change the name on the side. The two are identical. The reason for the detail is that it was used in the campaing when you view the Dawn up close (levels like The Ark and Halo at the end).
Well then that guy was slow! =P I'm going to check out the pillar right now. Sounds like a killer find.
Ok. I went in forge on Sandtrap, and I got into the thing by using the turret glitch. I died immediately.
ok, so i was playing on my secret of sandtrap custom map, and i went outside near ageis. there were ghosts on the ground so i jumped down to ride it. outside the map near agies i found out that there are 2 big ass cracks on the gray lookin barriers on the ground. well chack it out today on the search party.
ok, there very big cracks, ill show you today on xbl...no ****, lolz. oh and i have to use my little brothers account today, i accidentally ****ed mine up and i need to find out how to fix it.
could people start posting pics it'd be a lot easier for everyone else to understand and contribute if we could see what you were talking about, especially for those who can't join the party's cause we're busy and waht not. also could someone post like a quick tut on how to get out of sandtrap and on to the aegis fate and that stuff? thanks!
