I was going to take a more defensive approach to this, but I decided it is quicker just to say one thing

God_Of_Forge, I don't understand- you say that evolution can't be right because there is no proof, but at the same time you say that religion must be right, even though there is not a SHRED of proof anywhere. You say that there are missing links and that we can't just assume that animals evolved, instead, we should assume that a guy with no beginning or end created the whole universe out of nothing, created millions of plants and animals, left a fake fossil and geological record just to mess with us??
Please, if you want to try to argue logically make sure that whatever your defending is more logical than what you are attacking.

I love your rendering. In fact, you've swayed me to believe that Creationism should be taught side by side with Evolution. I would be happy seeing these two graphics right next to each other in a science text book. The sad thing is though, even if they used these two images some kids would still pick creation because their parents say it's real. Family bonds are much, much stronger than logic.

If any one who believes in Creation has a real visual representation of how it happened explaining where all the different lifeforms came from, I'd still love to see it.
