    Thanks man, I appreciate the good words. I definitely agree with you about the Flag point. This is definitely an objective map over a Slayer map. I felt that I should set it up for Slayer even though it doesn't have the greatest potential for Slayer matches. Did you try Territories or Neutral Bomb?

    Very clean and tidy map, it reminds me a bit of DTL's 'Gridlocked', and a bit of Cosmic's 'Elation'.

    The use if shield doors around the flag gives it a sort of, higher appeal. I'll get some games on this soon and give you some more detailed feedback.

    Thanks Matty. You are definitely correct about the Gridlocked comparison. As a matter of fact, it was one of the maps I used for inspiration. And those shield door serve a survival purpose. With only the shotgun at a low respawn rate there isn't many ways to get a flag carrier out of that platform. This way you stand a chance of being rescued if you are stranded at the enemies base.
    But yeah, let me know how it goes, I always look forward to your opinion.

    The utilitarian look really belies the actual work that was done. Very impressive, sir. Although I've only done a forgethrough, I really liked what I saw and it looks like it would play very similarly to Gridlocked. Sorry to make the comparison, but it's meant to be a compliment. I'd love to get some games on here with you sometime and really give it a go.

    Thanks Squid. I was gonna say i'll send you an invite next time I see you on, but I realized that we aren't friends yet lol. I'll send you a FR, or if you beat me to it, send me one.

    P.S. Yeah, the look you refer to definitely belies the work I did on this map. That's one of the reasons I chose the urban boxyish (new word?) look. The latest trend seems to be "who can make the weirdest/coolest looking structure" rather than "who can make an actually GOOD map." I was hoping to open a few eyes to the good things that lie in good gameplay rather than who makes the coolest looking map, but so far that has failed since this thread is kind of struggling. I have always defended interlocking and merging as a legit technique that can be used in conjunction with solid and simple level design. Some people see that, some people don't. You my friend are an enlightened one :0)

    Uhhh.. I see this map was posted 2 weeks ago, and I have yet to see it. Why has this happened? I need answers!

    OK on to the map.

    I saw this map before it was conflict, And I gotta say.. It looks nothing like it did when I last saw it. It looks WAY better! I like the little touch of Rocket Race you put into your map with the mongoose and rocket launcher, Barreling down the back alley timing your rocket shot it's so badass.

    I'm also a big fan of that "Invisible Wall" you put in there. All in all you've done what you always do and that is deliver an epic map. Good Job Meng

    I love this map. Its not just beautiful it's really fun. Love the asthetics and the gameplay! =D

    You absolutely deserve a feature. Exellent work and keep forging!

    weapon placement looks nice reminds me of gridlocked...

    very well made map, it has some unque structures has an origional feel to it
    but httas in terms of map gemoetry
    the astetics on this map, ahve been well to say,used alot
    such as the vehucs in fence box, just way to common now adays
    flip those boxes near the turrets, pet pevee lol
    nice geomerging, and good interlocking, very clean feel to this map
    nice job

    Im not surprised that this took 15 hours, you can tell from the hard work put into interlocking and geomerging. This map looks nice looks very well playable, looks like it was thought out well before forged. Very Original and professional good job

    Thanks man, I'm glad you like it. And I agree, spam = bad.

    Also, thanks to the all the nubs who gave this map a 3 start rating. I guess I should have put in a "curved" pipe like everyone else does these days. Then I could have gotten a better rating!!
