well first off, this is the picture, " Radioactive " THE ESSENTIALS: A dark room. A map with "fx" FORGE! Patience FIRST: First you need to spawn three effects, Juicy, gloomy, and pen and ink. SECOND: Spawn a regen. and make it infinite respawn. THIRD: Get into position and throw the Regen. down. Wow, that's a neat effect. I liked having gloomy, juicy and pen&ink while I was goofing off, but the regenerator sure made a big dif. What if we used a power drain...
Great guide for this effect! I had no idea how they did this before now, the quality of the you tube video wasn't that great so when I get a chance to get back on I'll tryout all of the equipment effects. + Rep for you!

Looks like a really cool effect. I would like to see it on somebody with Recon wielding a Sniper Rifle sometime. That would be super 1337!
