Assembly video!

I don't like it It's not a forge map or an arena styled map. More like a multi leveled map like construct.

 

i do i think its a good gameplay map, and if its a map pack there will be others, and i also think you ould get above it like blackout

 

wow it looks pretty complex. Although I want to play it so bad.
It obviously isn't Midship but seems more like a layered Construct/Epitaph map.

 

The guy who was playing was horrible lol, but the map looks fun. Not really a good map to forge on though.

 

He wasnt trying to play, he was just walking around and showing the layout.

 

He was there to show you the map, not his skills.
Noticed how he avoided enemies as much as he could, and went around the map.
He was obviously on an open LAN.

Plus, this map looks okay for competitive reasons, however for Forging, I don't think it'll be that great. But it does come with a map pack, which may have great Forge maps.

 

No, this is not a midship remake. It has nothing to do with midship besides covenant theme (of which Halo 3 should of had more maps like this).

I couldn't tell enough from the video, but it looks awesome, and is making me itch even more for the map pack.

looks extensively complex in the layout department. gonna take some time getting used to this one. the pictures i saw looked insane. With every new map released bungie ups the graphic aesthetics a notch.

and i was hoping the video would give me shotgun confirmation

 

It's an arena-styled level..

 

Like Bloumbas said. Did you SEE how much open space there was out there? maybe bungie did the same thing from blackout. Make it forge able above the actual level. Who knows

 

I think it looks epic. It seems to have covenant structures that are red rather than purple.
Even though it is not a forge map, the gameplay looks amazing. An I hear they are going to have a map that is meant for forge.

 

We all know that Assembly isn't going to be used a lot for forging infection, well it could actually be used for that since there are small rooms, but any way it will be used a lot in matchmaking it would be good for Lone Wolves.
