Vertebraille Created By: Thesilencebroken Gametypes Supported: All Recommended Party Size: 4-8 players Vertebraille is an expertly forged map by thesilencebroken. Its amazing aesthetics are coupled with strong gameplay. The layout of Vertebraille is quite similar to The Pit: the bases are lower than the surounding area and the entire map is symmetrical. There are multiple routes from base to base which allows for balanced and quality gameplay. Rounding off the excellent design is a well considered layout for asymmetrical games, altering accessible player routes and team equipment to allow the defending team some breathing space on a map otherwise very free roaming and non-restrictive both for setting up flanking attacks and in escaping firefights. Along with the gameplay come aesthetics. Vertebraille sports one of the best looking layouts of recent times, including a bridge merged into one of foundry's central walls ever so slightly, allowing the lights on the default foundry walls to shine through. It's quite a marvel to look at and even more fun to play. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=16KyY9msG1w Download Vertebraille View Original Forgehub Thread for more Info
I knew this was going to get featured! This is an example of a great map. The idea for the middle "pit" type thing is really original and I am guessing the teleporters kill you? The geomerged bridge for lights?!? Crazy idea, never would of thought of it! A definite 5/5 stars from me! Congrats on the feature!
i think it deserves a feature but the only thing i dont like about it is the hole part in the middle but everything else is awesome!
Wow, this is a very good map. Is it a competitive map? If so this will be the first competitive map im going to download from the features. So how many players does it supports?
premium for thesilencebroke wooh i remember playing this with some one it was well good the game play was fantastic
great map man, i feel this is one of the greatests featured maps ever. EVERYONE, IF U DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS U ARE A **** EATING SPONGEBOB! but not really lol. 5/5
Alright, I'm going to have to be brutally honest, I don't think this map should have been featured, suuuuuuuuuure it is excellently made...if you're talking aesthetics; I have played this map, to me its basically a lesser Pit(and the others playing), this doesn't really offer much new, the gameplay is boring.
Woah, when I said this map is going to get featured, I didn't think it was going to be this fast! xD Great job John, you have made an epic map for sure. There's just so many good things about it, and well, you already know what I love about this map. (And now you are prem. too! )
congrats on getting the feature silencebroken! this was definetely in the top 5 maps here on forgehub for me!
congrats on the feature man, i still remember threads of you asking how to improve it and i think you did a great job doing so, nice!
Wow, great map, the layout is very unique. Looks like you did took some time on neatly Interlocking some things in, I'm expecting very much from this. Download.
O TEH NOEZ! Your link, which deceivingly appears as if it sends the clicker to a video, actually sends the clicker to this little jewel of a site called ForgeHub.com. It's probably part of your undercover plot to promote your own website....by making those who are already on your website click links that lead...back to your website... To the map lulz, I love it. I love it so much, actually, that I clicked a link to watch the video. I never watch the videos, but it really, really looks great. TSB used Stairs as good as I've ever seen them used. I love a map that appears as if I'd do horrible in actual gameplay because of how long I'd spend staring at the surrounding scenery. A+ to TSB.
