This looks like an amazing concept. Pretty simple but still very very creative. So im geussing when one the attackers get to the top they just capture a territory or plant a bomb that is siting up there or something ? Also i would like to kno how the scoring system works. Like if the defenders kill an attacker do they get a point for that ? or not ? Please shed some light on this for me. Yes i have d/l the gametype and the map. It looks pretty sweet from wut i can see. Great work. Cant wait to try it out with my friends. I give you a 4.5/5.... if you awnser all my questions. Your getting a definate 5/5. I hear ya, I think I should have enough to close it up but i'm going to have to go back and check it out. worse comes to worse i can just space out the boxes and move them all up a little.
they capture a territory, that's the only way to score. It's kind of like 4 sided one sided territories with only one territory. As a matter of fact I have two more mini games already planned out but i just need to find a new forging partner to take on the building. One of which involves a warthog vip type game which gives the defenders points for killing the attackers, as you have mentioned.
Personally I don't really feel the splazer is unfair, when your playing with 10 people (5v5) it is near impossible to get through a round without the laser. Also if you have 5 people on the team there can only be 4 fuel rods, so the 5th person still needs a weapon. If you think the splaser is over powered do you have any other suggestions?
Very nice map. Original and nicely made. Nice interlocking as well. Do you have vehicles on instant respawn?
wow this looks like really great map! Points for originality! I have a question though! Is there ever the slight possibility that they don't make it into the volcano and hit a wall, fall out and get blown up?
No they're 10 seconds to give the defenders a chance to arm up, but i was thinking about changing it to instant.
Yeah, everyone one had unlimited, rounds are only 2 mins long though. Also to answer the other question about the getting blown up from missing the volcano, that happens all of the time. In fact that is basically the defender's job to make sure they do not make it up there. People get blown off course constantly, but if you hit one of the first 3 man cannons cleanly without getting hit, there is really no chance of missing.
This is very original and looks like a blast, literaly and figuratively! Awesome forging man, sad to see this is your last but it looks like you'll go out with a bang! All lame puns aside, this map is very creative and well made. Perhaps I will DL after I get rid of old maps? Yes, yes I will. 5/5
It's not really similar to duck hunt because it involves capturing a hill not killing the zombie. And you're not running around the defender you are running at them.
When i look at the map it looks like it would be a lot of fun, but the defenders have alot of power weapons. Just wondering how difficult it is to make it up the mountain?
