Ever Discussion??? Oh and somebody needs to find a download link for the three new maps, they are variants, not DLC
I think epitaph and snowbound will play better, although the fun of sandtrap was the point when the elephants were right next to each other in CTF. I will really miss BTB. It was always so fun, and now lone wolves won't take any skill whatsoever but oh well.
Well when I read the update bungie said there are NOT GOING TO BE BOTS IN THE EDITOR MAP!! Its in the third Paragraph in the section called Tightening Up the Loose Ends.
Actually someone had a post where there isn't no map editor, showing lukems saying "Theres NO map editor. STOP"
After weeks of lame ass updates, finally something interesting comes out. I like this update, I'm glad they're getting rid of that God-awful Head to Head, and I really never dwelt in BTB much, though it sounds fun on DLC. Cold Storage in Doubles is awesome. I'm really glad as well that they deleted the damn shield doors on Epitaph and Snowbound. it was about time they did something about them.
Well this isn't the worst update ever because there is some cool news, but the map editor news is just plain depressing. =(
Finally a decent ****ing update. About time. I think that the new Sand trap will be Fail Tarp. I loved the elephants.

Finally we have a shield-door free zone for Epitaph and (well mostly free) Snowbound. Shield doors were cool at first until people started to realize that they were just painstakingly annoying in 1v1 situations.
Squad battle will be awesome though ( 6 v 6 Ranked). could someone tell me what sheild doors they are keeping on snowbound? I was happy to see the back of btb it was 2 laggy for me. 8 player free for all im undecided on it till i play it Obv. no more rocket race was fun when u needed a laugh. when we gonna see new maps lol thats why i read the update for new maps and theres none yet
The shield doors still remaining are: The top middle ones, two on each base. The shield doors gone: Large back doors two on bottom leading to caves large door near power cores underground
Here I was on Bungie.net looking at threads that the idiots post and Lukems gave them their destruction by saying, "There is NO map editor." I still want to believe there is because I want a reason to play Halo again. So as many others believe, as do I, they think Lukem's did a play on words. An editor would be editing an already made map. A map creator would allow you to create your own maps.
This made me mad. I think I am going to start a group called GIVE US A FREAKING CUSTOM MAP PLAYLIST it will be just like Lower the guns. Its Bungie's loss with Farcry 2's map editor a lot of people will just leave Halo 3 because Bungie won't give us what me want! Gladiators Snipers and custom maps in RANKED matchmaking. When everybody leaves halo 3 bacause Bungie is screwing up the game. Bungie will go out of buisness and I will sit on the couch, have a beer and just laugh my head off
