I am looking for some good snes rpg's, so if you know any (besides earthbound and super mario rpg), please tell me and if anyone starts telling me that that it is against the law to download a rom of a game from an obsolete system, check again
was the snes the one that had like the square games you stick in through the top? If it was I only played power rangers on it sorry, i was like 4. and looney tunes basketball, great game.
So? Halo CE was originally going to be for any console Bungie could get it on. Microsoft just haz teh moniez. Imagine, Halo 3 on the Wii. OH THE NIGHTMARE!!! ---- But anyways, Zelda. It's just....... well Zelda.
You're asking kids about games on an archaic system, this is a Halo forum. People here know Xbox, not dinosaurs.
The SNES had an unbelievable amount of good RPGs. Final Fantasy II (IV in Japan and any remade versions), Chrono Trigger, Breath of Fire I and II... Long list. A quick Google search gave me this: LINK Tons.
whats snes, which system is that, i think i had ness, im not sure. clarify it a bit, maybe i can help i had a copuple million games for that think
I have to say Snes has so many great Rpgs my personal favorite has to be Chrono Trigger it is by far my favorite rpg and i just heard they making it for ds... happy day. Also FF3 was amazing. Mario RPG(i know u said other than this but it deserves a mention in my book) & of course Legend of Zelda. I cant really think of anything else but with all the technological advances & the millions of dollars put into gaming Chrono Trigger is still the end all be all of RPGs in my book.
What he said. Both of those games are simply astounding and were great value for money in their day. Heck, they took me longer to complete than most games I play today and I was captivated with their storylines, though I was much younger and less wiser than I am today.
I'll just say that it doesn't matter what forum it is, it's technically about a game. If you know games then you know older games. SNES was successful in it's day. It also had it's major selling games too, just like the Xbox 360. Games are games no matter how old they are. Back on the subject, any Final Fantasy game is good. Just don't expect to beat number 4 easily.
Really? Because it seems everyone and their grandmother knows what it is, and they all love it. Or perhaps I live in a region filled with Earthbound fans, and I common parts of the internet where people play it extensively.
Well, maybe I worded it wrong. Everyone seems to know about it (probably because of SSB) but all the people I talk to say "oh, I try it someday," or "meh turnbase rpg"
No, I still have a lot of people that have played through it at least once, and almost all of them did so back when the SNES was still current gen. The rest are people like my brother, who weren't born way back when, and didn't develop a taste for games for a few years.
