Video - Breaking News Videos from CNN.com This woman is grazed with a bullet on the air and still has the balls to put on a vest and keep recording.
Was she shot by a paintball gun? It was so silent. And the way she kept reporting, that is professionalism.
Wow that is pretty brave of her. I doubt any American anchorman or anchorwoman would do that. Especially not someone on FOX News
wow ive heard allot about it but...wow, the gun sounded so silent and made no affect, for atleast a while, i respect her for going out in that war zone and putting herself in danger knowing full well she was risking her life, When i say commitment i mean it, hopes shes ok and well done for continuing, like said before i would be man down if i got shot.
nemihara, hear hear, toochie, hear hear! come love your same sex's awesomeness!!! damn brave reporter, and + rep to her...she should get her next map featured...jk lol its really bad what that are is happening right now
Wow, she must be so brave. There was a lot of blood, which indicates a slight laceration, but she kept reporting. That is another standard set.
That ladies got balls. In a feminine sort of way. I don't think I would still be standing, I don't know. I haven't been shot lately.
That is pretty brave of her, I curious what kind of gun because it didn't look like it was bad damage and didn't sound loud at all.
Total publicity stunt. Here are a few reasons: 1) The gun was very quiet. For it to be that quiet, it would have had to either have a silencer or be very far away. If it was able to make the shot, from that far away, it would have blown her wrist off. And there is no reason for it to have a silencer in a warzone, so I seriously doubt it did. 2) No random woman reporter would be able to handle that like she did. I'm sorry, but it's the truth. If she got shot in the wrist it would have been all red (from blood under the skin), she would have been in much more pain than she was, and she would have been breathing faster and more anxious. 3) In the video, the way she acted it looked like she got shot in the leg but later, it shows she was grazed by a bullet on the wrist. 4) The blood looked pretty fake to me. Moral: Don't believe everything you see.
might i ask, what would this publicity stunt achieve? she was "grazed" by the bullet meaning it wasn't a straight shot to the wrist. have you ever been shot whisper?
Wow... you are a ****ing idiot. Not only does it piss me off that you don't know about Gerogia but it is also sick to say that about the reporter, she could have been killed... Oh, and btw everyone, if you watch the video that comes up after that one, it says that she was hit by shrapnel, not a bullet
I doubt that anyone would be aiming to graze her wrist. It's a graze, not a full on bullet hole. The hole in her arm looks almost insignificantly tiny. It looks to be about the size of a small corn flake. Of course a little blood would come out, but not a whole lot. With the angle of the camera, it's impossible to tell what she was looking at, her wrist or her leg. Also, it looks like she's looking at where she got hurt. Well, it looks pretty real to me. And believe me, I've watched enough shocker vids of people being beheaded and the like to know the difference.
Wow that's really lucky, just getting a a small cut on the wrist is amazing. I think she should've been a little smarter and wore a bullet-proof vest in the first place because it seemed she knew that it was a dangerous area. Dude Nemi is a guy.
Nonononono, that's what they want you to think. Anywho, it was shrapnel? That explains the uber-smallness of the cut.
This publicity stunt would serve to gain more viewers when it became known that she was 'shot'. Yes, actually, I have been shot. People aren't perfect lol. They could have been aiming for her face and any number of variables could have affected their aim. At the speed the bullet would have been traveling, it would have felt a lot worse than if you had simply been grazed by something that was stationary. There would have also been a lot more blood because where that wound is, it's right near the radial artery. So, there would've been a lot more blood and therefore it would have been patched up by someone because they're not idiots. Yet, when she showed it to us, it wasn't patched and there wasn't that much bleeding. Maybe, it's hard to tell. Why? Lol.
