Map Title: Tuck & Roll GameTypes: Slayer, King of the Hill, Territories, ect. Description: Tuck & Roll is a map I created with my cousin one evening. We began to mess with the Fusion coils, while building the map around it. The Explosions on this map do not cease, so expect a tiny bit of lag, from all the debris. This map does not at the moment utilize any interlocking techniques, but will in later versions. We have not had too much time to try the map, but I feel that it would be best for Slayer, King of the Hill, and Territories. The Map focuses on the central mass explosive pit, which players must work around. It also has two smaller chutes on the sides that should throw fusion coils into the air, over the staircase to the top of the map. The map is mostly symmetrical. The map also has Sky Boxes with machine gun turrets, accessible via the tele-porters on the floor. Warthogs are included and make a reminiscent feel back to the final escape during the campaign. For Gametypes, I would suggest slightly raised shield, if the explosions become too much. This map is still a work in progress, and includes no weapons as of yet, (excluding the turrets, and a covenant beam rifle placed by my cousin. The Calm Before, the Never Ending Explosion... This is my first map I've posted. Please leave Feedback, and try it out and test it for yourselves, tell me what works best with it.
Lol, he said it doesn't interlock. I like the map. I don't like the fusion coils. I think if you took out the fuson coils, added a little cover, and interlocked, this could be an ok map, just my opinion
I am new here, and I had not realized that explosions were so over-used, thought I knew that it must have been done before. Thank you for the feedback.
Are you people crazy? (What do you mean, you people?) Anyway this idea is not overused at all. Old, yes, but overused, no! In fact, I think it would make for some very interesting/exciting gameplay. So, basically, I like the map. Good job!
this reminds me of a sweet map called pyroclast, so good job, but interlocking would be nice. i dont really like the skyboxes though, try making some more structures on the ground instead
Definatlt need to remove the fusion coils, everyone will say that it lags up a game, and it does... You may say no. But I say yes.
