thanks, im glad you like the mohok box and the map. the stairs in the box and the mohok box are my personal favorits on this map. thanks, we spent along time on it. and tried to make as many things perfect as possible. that wall in the picture bloking sword spawn, took us about an hour to get straight, but it takes as long as it takes..... and it was his idea to have the corner wall there. one of the small touches that really made a difference. and i dont know if anyone noticed, but there actually an escape hatch in the spiker spawn, i jump out of it in my free time.
Looks pretty good, it has some unique features to it which I like and I can definitly see where it gathers its inspiration from renegade, but I'd say that's also it's biggest downfall (for me personally.) I don't really like the way this map and renegade seem to be random structures that weren't planned from the beginning, but anyways it seems pretty cool and you guys definitly did a great job forging.
pretty nice you and geomerging go together like bread and butter a cool map i love the stairs inside the box its a nice touch that allot of people will copy, everything looks nicely interlocked and looks like both of you took your time on this and its paid off good job

HOW is this map being so overlooked!? the gameplay is fantastic, and its freaking beautiful. WHAT MORE DO YOU PEOPLE WANT? I dont care guys, i know it kicks ass, and thats whats important.
that is sooo true. but now that blaze has premium, this map won't be overlooked too much hopefully =D. and Metallic Snake will be pumping so more good maps out surely and maybe he can haz premium one day too! i've only played a couple games on the map, and it is very fun to play slayer on. i was a little weary about the rockets and the respawn time at first, but rockets were often overlooked when you passed by them, so no problem there, and the sword didnt seem to be TOO overpowering... although... i almost had that sword spree while playing on this... the map is fantastic. and it didnt play as similar to renegade as i thought it would. it's a sure DL for everyone if they do want that "Renegade" feel.
This reminds me of renagade and i play on that map all the time. I've played on this map about 6 or so times and the gameplay was awesome. Keep up the good work Snake and Blaze
thanx.. as it says up there it was very inspired by renegade and i personally think it plays a bit better. im really surprised it didtnt get more attention.
The amount of quality maps being released right now is overwhelming. This one seems to focus largely on the floor of foundry, which you don't see too often now a days. I'll have to see how well it plays along with like 12 other maps I've downloaded lately. I'll try them all out during TGIF.
wow this map is sweet. the geomerging seems like it was done by a computer, thats how good it is. The layout seems very clean and tidy and the gameplay just looks awesome. And once again this still reminds me of renegade. Great, Great Job! 100/10
Whoa, dont you die on me! Okay so I fiiiinally got to play a game on this... and I loved it. Get ready for another one of linubidix's map essays. So I feel the layout is both this maps best feature and its biggest downfall. Its similarities to Renegade IMO are what'll keep this from getting featured. I did notice some similarities between this and Renegade, I will try not to discuss Renegade as I assume you guys dont want to hear it. This is much more ground based and offers a different and equally great styles of gameplay. I love this map, I'd just like to say that. It was as I expected which is great. I am definately a Slayer forger/player. I generally make maps suited for slayer and I <3 playing slayer. So as you'd expect the fact that this worked well for slayer was an enormous plus for myself. Weapons on this map were perfect. It gave me a feeling of nostalgia of good ol random weapon games of Halo 2. Mainly because of the sword and rocket being on a map together. I felt that both of those weapons suited perfectly and were a great addition to gameplay. It was great fun to charge around with the sword (as noobish as it sounds). The sniper too was a great fit, it worked very well. Nice cover in the right areas and great jumping possibilities. Personally my favourite area of this map was the side where the sniper spawns. All of those bits were beautiful. The sniper standing upright was sexy, the sniper spawing area too was sexy. Well balanced with adequate cover. The stairs next to the BR & coils were awesome, that bit there was my favourite addition to the map's geometry and layout. The BR spawn reminded me of Black/Lockout. The sword spawn was awesome too, I dont have much else to say about that. Forging as per usual on this map was phenominal. an amazing layout, great choice of weapons, no spawing issues, great forging. Also while playing this I was quite relaxed, this map is such an amazing gameplay experience, I'd love to see it hit the home page but as I said, its similarities to Renegade are what'll prevent that from happening, IMO. Sorry to talk into my ass about this map but I just loved it so much.
merging like that warrants more than a DL. i have to play on this! Pushing things into the Foundry floor is so much harder than interlocking into your own box-floor. kudos on that. its easy to see that lots of time went into this. im gonna run through it and let ya know how much more awesome it is after playing on it.
Amazing. Simply amazing. One of the best maps i have ever seen. Awesome job, keep up the superb work guys. I look forward to seeing more amazing maps from you guys in the future.
