Well we all love it, but it's a very annoying glitch. Yes, you have infinite money, but it always seems to do that thing where it won't let you spawn any items.... It's really annoying me, and i can't finish some maps that i've been working hard on because of it. Any help on the subject?

You do know that it's not the glitch right? Bungie put a 100 item limit. Just delete some useless items.

Delete some of the pointless crap, save and exit, open back up. As a matter of fact, I don't seem to run into this anymore. Whenever it says I can't spawn something, I ignore it and go on with my business. The next time around I can spawn it. Deleting say oh, a crate if you don't need it, than save/quit and restarting makes the game believe that you have 16 more items to place, or something.

There is however a max item limit, if you at it than theres nothing you can do. Basically, you can't spawn every single item, though this really shouldn't be a problem.

I mean the mean how the glitch makes it that way randomly, it really is annoying. And i JUST started out a map, and there isn't anything useless to delete.

If your using a glitch canvas (FMGC, or homemade), than you should have 1 of every item on it. Wraiths, choppers, crates, useless weapons, powerups, equipment, propane tanks, pylons. Delete some of those that your positive you won't need. They should give you more than just 1 items back, as long as you save and quit than restart the map back up. It should give you back the run time max in spawnable items.

Well this never happens to me, maybe you should switch to a different variant.

I never use the budget glitch. I was working on the challenge that bl00d created and accidentally turned down the run time maximum on doors when merging single boxes so I had to start 5 new games to merge another box.
