this is not a sig shop i would like to join someones sig shop... im proficiant with almoast every aspect of rendering and i have an animation prog that is probably unheard of that is easier to use than GIMP (but i have no idea how to make rain yet) . if you are interested leave a comment. and if you are skeptical drop in a challenge and see how i do

What do you mean it's not in PS? If you mean you can't do rain in PS, you can. (Provided your PS came with ImageReady)

I said rain shouldn't be too difficult in GIMP. It's not in Photoshop [as in it's not difficult in Photoshop]. Plus, you don't need Imageready to make rain effects. You can get realistic-looking rain all in one, un-animated image.
