Last night when I posted my map it was five stars with two votes. I get on today and its three stars with three votes which basically means someone voted on star . Do people go around and just rate threads one star just to be funny? Inverted Gravity v2
People have been known to do that. There are a couple featured maps that had a bunch of bad ratings before it was featured because people were tired of seeing it on the forums. Some people will exadurate the map rating and rate it 1/5 if it is an average map. If the map is good but nothing special people will rate it 5/5 too. Some people also base a map off there mood or if they lost miserably off it after they DL. In my opinion rating maps should be like rep. You should need to explain why you liked or disliked the map just like you approve or dissaprove somebodys post to give them either positive or negative rep.
