So most of you know we can only have 100 custom items in Halo 3 (game types, maps, vids). How many should we have? I think be able to set an amount.
It should be unlimited, I don't care how long it takes to load, I don't want to have to delete a map just to download another one, it keeps me from ever trying most maps, even when I would like to try them out.
Unlimited/Choose Its our hard drive, so let us store more! File shares are on Bungie's servers, I get why they set that at 6/24.
The items limit should be UNLIMITED, just like our imagination. There are unlimited possibilities our imagination can create with Forge, yet Bungie limits our imigination by putting a limit of 100 custom items.
I hate the limit omg i mean come on if we got more space for a couple 1000 more maps and games let us do that
I am very angry about this. I continually have to delete stuff to make room for new stuff. Often thinks I don't want to. My purchase of the Xbox 360 elite with 120 gb harddrive seems in vain now.
I had two 360's at one point and was sneakily sharing items between two GTs and HDs. That however might be an expensive fix for this problem.
Yes I think it is. But it really should be unlimited, I agree. Especially with an elite, that's got to be annoying.
They have the limit because some of us don't want to wait an hour for it to load, but they need to add some way to turn it off.
I don't have anything but modes and maps (mostly maps) and I still struggle to decided what to delete each time I want to download a map or make one. (Bungies custom stuff is all deleted, they made the limit!)
honestly, im sure you want to keep everything, but think about it, theres probably only a couple that you play constantly and the saved films dont need to stay on there forever either i was annoyed when i first ran into the limit, but then i went and deleted a ton of useless crap and i havent had an issue since. mainly deleted all the MLG stuff i had and a lot of noob maps i DL'd earlier in the H3 days
I agree, we should be able to decide our limit or at least they could make the limit to 250 or something.
I vote for "set your own" limit. It could be set to, say, a certain percentage of your Hard Drive. That sucks if you bought an elite, and now this... ~Jakester1024
