Haha, thanks. I usually just think of a layout, and then think of a theme that seems to fit. haha, usually I'm not very funny, but I'll try. Thnx man I actually wanted to, but I haven't seen you online recently, whenever I was going to test it. But I have a cold storage map that will need some testing here soon. Oh, and I just got a mic the other day
Thanks ^^ Alright, so I have updated my first post with a "Foundry Designer" weapons placement map. Very crudely put together, but the general design is the same. Sadly, I can only have 20 images or something in my post, and I had 22, so I had to direct link them, so you'll have to do some clicking o noz!
9/10 very good gamplay look (damn bungie for that stupid 100 limit) gotta find some crap i made a while back to delete!~! hey im just wonmdering how much money you go tleft, cuz if it were me, i would put another two corner walls in the cube thing so that it was even (instead of two small corners at the ends, 4 ones!) just a suggestion..... ummmm...i dont know if the thing underneath got deleted......
I definitely like this unique layout. The cube is a cool touch, but I have a suggestion. What if you were to put shield doors covering all the visible sides? I think this could add an extra level of crazy fun. Also why I suggested this is because this is some energy plant, and yet the cube doesn't look energized. But other than that minor detail, good work with the construction of this and the placement of the sword. I think that people should have to work for the sword and not just find it spawned in an easy-to-get spot. Also the aesthetic touches are very nice. The sword floating in mid-air (nice placement of a weapon holder) looks awesome =). Keep up the good work.
very nice interlocking, and map layout, ill download for sure. PS, i personally love dual spikers, me and my friend are the only ones who bother pickin them up, however, plus the rumble makes it feel like your firing a heavy load of mass destrucion. wow, my PS is larger than the actual message.
Looks like a well-made map. Looks like things could get a little hectic but hey I like that haha. I ll give it a dl.
Vey cool I'll dl If you get a private chat invite thats just me acessing your profile and looking at the file share its looks amazing I want so bad love the idea with the wire spools and can u give me a tour if i invite u to my party?
Looks great! I love all the use of the moveable objects. Especially that crate. The layout for me is the best feature, it looks like tons of fun to play on. The one thing is that you need a better pic of those wire spools cause I cant tell what their purpose is.
Uno dollaro... $1 =/ And I think the one with the bruteshot alone would be best, but I added another crate to have easier access to the windows to through nades in, but I think I should have kept it with the one crate. And what thing underneath? I totally agree, and that was my original plan, sadly, I ran outa cash =/ and I didn't use the inf. money glitch since I knew, I needed almost every immovable object. As for the cube be more energized, originally I had it to be suspended by man cannons, but the balance was to hard to pull off. And that was no weapon holder just the wall proxy's. Thanks Thanks you much^^ And yes, I use them often to, unless I have a BR or sniper available. Yes, they do, but not too hectic, and I think it balanced out better than I expected. Thanks for the dl. Haha, no problem, and sure, I'd be glad to give you a tour if you want. Haha, something new everytime is my goal. As for the wire spools, there was not much space in that room, but basically they are used to get the sword, other than knocking it down with a nade. But they are also "uphill" advantages, allowing you to drop down on your enemies. Work especially good with the sword.
your map is pretty cool but nothing great or unique, the merging is great though and i give you 3/5 DL though srry
i really like this map, It looks like you coulds have a really good time on it, Love the floating box, Nice Job 5/5
I think you mean no DL? Its fine, thanks for the comment. Haha, thanks, ya, I found that it is best played with 4 people, cause it is small, and hectic, but the rooms and shield doors keep everything from getting out of hand.
Sweeny, are you making a v2?If you do message me next week. I love this map so much. It is pretty much....amazing.
This looks cool. I should download this and check it out. BTW, where did the name come from? Ever see the Short Circuit movie from the 80s? Great movie.
Maybe in due time, sadly, I don't know how much more to improve on the short budget I have left =/ But it feels good you like it that much ^^ Thanks, as for the name, I have no idea. It just kinda came to me. I was thinking of so map inspired by a distant memory of Halo CE, and as I was pre visualizing it (which is nothing like how it turned out), I just thought of the name, and I built onto the idea with that name in mind. I guess you can say the whole idea started with the floating cube, which was a result of an elevator test, in which the cube kinda floated in the position the cube is in in my map. It didn't stay like that of course, but it gave me the idea of a free floating cube with grav lifts (didn't work out) which made me think of sci-fi, and electricity. Wow that is long... Lol, and ya, I've heard of the movie but never saw it, yet.
i played this the other day, i think scope showed it to me but i'm not sure i like the layout and everything, but we had 5 people on it and it was clustered, its more of a FFA small team game
This map is sick. I absolutely love everything about it, including the background story. The power cube is so original and unique, plus it fits into the story perfectly. You have my download without a doubt. Great job! :]
