Ill use this for the map im doing at the minute. I was using barriers as "ogham" stones for cover on my map and your technique should allow me to put them jutting out of the group at angles and such, making it look much better thn it would...it also stop them flying about the place. But do try and get a video tut up since i dont quite get it and dont want to mess up my budget glitch trying...ask someone specific who has a cap card. Pwncakes and fastofrward have one i htink so maybe if your really nice? Actually think ive figured it out...hehe all the nubs gonna thin i is modding EDIT:Blarg i cant get the object i was to merge down under with me :S The barrier doesnt get pushed down it just falls over and stays there
rats...but i must pull this off. When i post the map people will be all liek "omg supa midget i want has your babies" and ill be all liek "zomg!" Then ill realise its only a map and go outside
wow this should be stickied as it is very new and as far as i am concerned, noone has done this before, it would have been nice if you had released a map with this technique before the tut. everyone would be like "0mg Teech me th1s" nice discovery
Wow, nice find. I've been under the map before, and I've placed bridges down there, but I haven't thought to do this. EDIT: What happens if you chuck a deployable grav lift at the objects?
Don't worry you will see a map using this glitch eventually im using some of your techniques in one of mine but to be honest the only moveable objects i think are useful to merge without moving around and stuff are grav lifts weapon holders man cannons probaly sheild doors those are the only ones i think i will ever really consider using but thanks a lot this will be great an undestroyable grav lift yay
I tried it today. Could you please work on a video? I think I almost got it, but then I messed up in the end. thanks -jelly
I just remembered this, and currently for one of the many maps I am working on, I wish to merge crates into the ground. Lol, nothing was working right for my idea, and then this came to mind and the light came one. But I am having a hard time making sense of this. I can understand how it is done, but I need to see something to know how it actually is done, so perhaps someone that can do this can make a video tutorial?
I don't think that you could because there are no immovables to hold them up... unless teleporters... O... M... G... Actually nevermind, because I don't think you can force yourself outside (feel free to try)
