Looks like a very cool map, if i do play it i will probably get like 5 people and play FFA. I like the setting/mood of your map lol i dont know how to say it. All i can say is it's original and i give it a 4/5
Looks alright, but I don't think it's worth my download, because I'm running low on custom variant space and have already carefully sized down my memory page...
I can honestly say that if you play this map, you won't want to delete it. It was featured for a reason: Addictive gameplay.
I was cleaning up my hard drive and I deleted it on accident. I was like, "Gridlocked?!? NOOO!!!" Gotta go download it again I guess.
yeh so 26 straight kills to open up a multi-flag game in our TGIF party last night = EPIC WIN. I PWN Gridlocked Defense. One man team FTW! oh and Gridlocked for Best Overall Map!
I'm gonna be honest. 2/5. I really don't see what's so great about this map. Looks pretty easy to make and there's nothing to great about the layout. I've played it a little and i really don't see why this map is a featured map
The concept behind the map is simple, but its the simple layout that makes it play so well. I doubt either of you has actually played a game on this map. As far as the ease of forging.....try and merge 32 boxes into the ground. Interlocking does not determine how fun a map can be, and this particular map didn't need too much of it. Don't knock it until you've tried it. It's played at every TGIF for a reason.....
Im not knocking gridlocked or saying it sux. Its a great map and it may be fun but all im saying is i think its overrated
This is way over-due for it's feature. I loved how it played half the time, but on others it was way to hard to retrieve the flag considering it's right in their base. I never thought such a seemlessly easy map layout can dish out awesome games and memorable gameplay.
