Husk is best used as a 2 team map for CTF and Assault. The start spawns drop you at the far end of the map and you work toward the blue hallway. The map was designed to add a bit of length to itself by forcing pathways that double back toward the middle around the center wall. The Sword Room has 8 points of entry though being an enclosed space. The fastest path is the straightest path which is easy to defend, though inattentive teammates could cost you your flag. Only exemplary snipers need apply as not only do your enemies have ample cover, but obtaining the rifle takes a wee bit of climbing. I have never been able to get any decent testing done on this map due to a sheer lack of people and those I did get weren't very skilled. Any comments will be appreciated. Sword Room. Directly above start spawn area. Sniper Rifle is located on the walkway in front of the fan. Both teams will be fighting toward Rocket Hallway.
very interesting map looks like quite a bit of time went into it It'd be nice if you noted where bases/starts are I like the placement of your sword and rockets. always room for improvement, but good map. 7/10
Thanks man. Yes it did take quite a bit of work. I only ever get less than 2 hours a night to do any gaming at all (work, kiddies, etc) so it takes a bit of time. I did mention that start spawns are at the far end of the map tho. They are located by the "overhead doors".
This doesn't quite fit standards, and there is no download link that I can find. More description of the pictures would be helpful too. As from what I can see from the map, it looks pretty decent, and I can't find any interlocking, so you might catch some grief for that. But yes, make a description for some of the pictures, and include the bases.
The different levels of the map look god for some interesting gameplay and strategies. As posted before, it does look like it took quite a bit of time. I didn't see much interlocking nor did I see any geo merging but that's not what makes a map fun. On future maps, I suggest you try interlocking and geo merging to allow for even larger possibilities. Overall, I give this map a 7/10. Pretty good.
I did have to merge pieces together to make the center structure that splits the map in half. Some of this can be seen in the sword room where I had to fuse the window, sign, and fence wall together. I'm haveing issues trying to link this to my fileshare at bungie. I guess you could find my GT "Hadokenchild" at Bungie and dl it there.

This looks fun and pretty balanced actually. A healthy mix of long and medium sight lines. There are also multiple levels to fight on which is also good. The snipers remind me a bit of the one on hang 'em high which is great. Another great map. 9.5/10
This map looks really balanced and unique. If I was good at playng Halo I would challenge you to a battle on it. I am out of town anyways. But still. This map looks really fun to play.

I just wanted to make a fun, multi level map that would appeal to both BR and Sniper fanatics (with a bit of close quarter stuff thrown in too).
