He did it in Forge mode, so like when you go in from the outside its like different or something I dont really know but it doesnt show on the stats

OK im not saying i belive this its probabaly just someone with that gamertag but if it is true do the gun turrets stop shooting you now because they are dead?

 

You don't need to kill them. You can overload them with tripmines and it disables them, also grav lifts, man cannons and shield doors.
