There has been talk that Bungie plans on announcing their next game on Bungie day or E3. While it seems more likely that they would release it on E3 since there is already so much going on during Bungie day, it has been hinted that at about 47 seconds Lukems was referring to the new title that was to be announced when Shishka cuts him off. There are also several blogs that have gathered quotes hinting the next release whether it be Halo 4, a new Halo trilogy, or a completely new game by Bungie. Blog 1 Blog 2 Blog 3 I don't know anything about the credibility of the blogs or quotes, but it is definitely something to talk about. Could this be the big project Bungie has been talking about? Edit: The following is a direct quote from the VIDOC: "Our independence has us striving for becoming a multi-game studio and the first thing we're going to announce today is......." -Lukems "Wow wow, we're not annoucing anything yet" -Shishka "But dude it's Bungie Day, well ok it's a few days before Bungie Day. What can we announce?" -Lukems Sounds like a new game to me.
I doubt it, the time between the release of Halo 2 and the announcement of Halo 3, was 1 1/2 years, this would only be about 7 months.
I believe you are right. But I think they will not be giving more information on it until this year's Penny Arcade Expo in Seattle where they hinted in an Update a couple of weeks ago that Halo fans should not miss PAX this year. Also Halo 4 is out of question as it was said to be a Halo TRILOGY. My guess is it will be an extension of Halo, but not called Halo. Maybe a connection with Marathon?
umm thats a different game made by a different company, as you can tell in the bottom right of the picture. yes that is a trilogy of halo, it was set before Halo C:E. Halo Chronicles is a game made by bungie and Peter Jackson.
No, Halo Chronicles is a game bieng made by Peter Jackson and his own company. Bungie has nothing to do with it, and its supposed to be more like an interactive movie than an actual game. Halo Wars is an RTS game bieng made by Ensemble Studios, taking place from the events of Harvest up until just before Halo Combat Evolved. Bungie are overlooking this and making sure that everything ties in with the Halo Universe Your all wrong.

I highly doubt they will even be working on anything at the time bieng. They aren't a company to rush into ideas, and if we dont get any hints on 07/07, then i doubt we will till around Autumn.
yeah lol separate games completely. Halo Chronicles is something bungie said peter could have fun with, while still staying within the rules of the halo bible. (yes this is real wiki it if you want to. mind you bungie keeps it loocked in a safe) Halo wars is made by ensemlbe, and no Master Chief. either way, i wILL be buying both ^_^
Wiki is information collected by random people, it doesn't have to be true. Ensemble have said nothing about no MC, infact they have said there will be some recognisable characters. Although i dont think that MC will be in it, theres no reason to say he wont. Dont make assumptions, and dont believe what you read if it hasnt been confirmed.
I doubt the fact Bungie will even make Halo 4. Although if they do, I believe it will ruin the whole franchise. Everyone know Master Cheif made it, he's an indestructible hero, what now, is he going to come back and fight the covenant because they had a secret alience with some other alien being? It will be awsome if they didn't make campaing this time around, but based the whole game upon online play. That I will buy!

It's not even the middle of Halo 3 yet, and the time they said Halo 3 was coming out, was half way through Halo 2. I think there will be a Halo 4, but just not called Halo 4. Or if it is called Halo 4, I wouldn't expect it to be made within the next 4 years.
