A nice suggestion, probably one of the best set out and thought out one but I already have Voltorb and although Scyther is cool and all his settings would be too similar to Sandslash's.
Some of those you suggested are above 151, anything above 151 isnt a real Pokemon as far as I'm concerned.
vaporean: primary - plasma rifle - water gun secondary - sentinal beam - hydro pump camo - dont know if you saw this episode but they can turn invisible in water. Plasma grenades - when it jumps in water, it makes a "explosion" and water like jumps up.

Erk, great minds think alike! Except my idea isn't Pokemon themed, but something else. Either way, I'm looking forward to seeing how this turns out (hopefully, you won't put me to shame too much)
