Map Created by: MythicNinja Recommended 2-4 Players Supports all gametypes This map is inspired by Halo CE's "LONGEST". The keyword in that sentence is inspired. THIS IS NOT A REMAKE. The map is basically a long corridor with a base at each end. There are cubbies in the walls that each hold their own goodies. 1v1 and 2v2 are about as high as you want to take a party on this map seeing as how it isn't very large. The overall feel of the map is pretty fast paced and play that way too. Hope you have as much fun playing it as I have forging it. This is quite literally my fastest map build to date, taking only three days. This map looks nice. I didn't read the description at first and I was thinking of that Halo CE map the whole time. THats how good it was. You have my DL just for that.On another note, if you have any money left you should put some scenery on the outside of the map. I love looking out and seeing something going on outthere and wondering what it could be. Edit: Can we see a list of weapons? Its not for me since I already DL'ed it and will now whats on there when i play it.. But for future readers it would be nice.

Proof that speed doesn't have to sacrifice quality. The interlocking and merging here is all smoothly executed and visually appealing. The overall design isn't bad for what it is, and the small design doesn't take much, if anything, away from the playability or fun here. I'd just ask for a bit more in the way of description, like a weapons list and such.
Looking at the pics I couldn't tell what it was but when I read the discription this map looked alot better.
This is very plain and simple. People may see this as bad but it simplifies gameplay and steamlines it. Good remake of longest and it seems to capture the feeling. A map of the weapon placements would be helpful. good work.
goe-merging isn't easy but just like other forge techniques it gets easier the more you do it. I can't believe how well this turned out
I'm out of the loop... wish I'd seen this when you were building so I could have 1v1'd you. I love playtesting maps. Anyway, will be downloading and shall give feedback later. Looks very precise. Looking forward to sampling the gameplay!
I played it and only had one problem, the ceiling is too low for some of the jumps that were in the original. Thats all i have to say about it, but if you are making a v2, I would love to see the little trench things on the sides.
This is great. Not an exact remake, but exceedingly good for a small game that feels all H1. You receive cookie, download, winsauce.
Lol, sorry for the confusion. Funniest part of the night: we're waiting for the game to start, and my buddy (who will be on my team) just got back from the bathroom. "We're playing on Longest" I say to him, so he knows what to expect. "It's not Longest! It was inspired by Longest!" shouts Mythic, as the game is just about to start. Saddest part of the night: spawning 10 feet in front of an enemy who is running right at me and pointing a shotgun at my face. All in all, it's a very nice map.
