Yup, looks pretty good so far from the pictures. It just doesn't seem to stand out to me as much as your previous maps. Yet again I'll have to wait t'ill I have actually seen it, oh and your welcome for the Camo/Widnow Panel idea.
Looks like a pretty clean map, although a few things do catch my eye that I don't like. I don't like the fence walls, they just look nasty to me for some reason (obviously it's just my opinion). I love your use of the stairs for one of the pillars. I haven't played it yet, but I'll get back to you once I do.
Damn, Ivory, this looks great! But, alas, I rawr at you for publishing this before I published my latest map. It has the same window panel and stair structure that's in this map lol, what are the odds... This map looks like great fun for a FFA match, I'll have to try it out. That's a pretty neat switch you got going there too. Nice job once again, Ivory. Your maps keep looking better and better with each release.
well, my last maps were criticized for lack of a "theme" so, i went with something nice and safe that worked well together. as for the window panel formation, i believe that they are different designs, but yes, the idea was the same. to put it simply, the shotty would've killed the map, it would make it to easy to assault the switch platforms, and just over power most of the other weapons. Instead, i placed a mauler which kept the same gameplay dynamics as a shotgun, but whilst decreasing the otherwise large amount of points you would score with said shotgun. (big words make me sound smrt) I always get smashed on my own maps, simply because i suck. that's why i try to stay away from team maps, so that i don't bring everyone else down with me. lol. the bulk of the switch was done in a day, but figuring out where to place the weapon holder to catch it took until right near the end of construction. thank you, and yes, saadly geo-merging will soon become as important as interlocking because of the rate it is used these days. infact i'm planning on geo-merging every possible object in my next map as practice for when the time arrives. well, it was fence walls or normal walls, and fence walls just appealed to the style of the map, so i went with them. no you may not. thanks for all the positive feedback guys, keep it coming (if you want to...)

I like the switch, but I've been seeing a lot of window panel "power up rooms" lately. Other than that the map looks amazing. Like I said the switch looks good, and the interlocking is top notch. It looks like it will play well. You got my download.
This map is a luscious interlocking master piece. Every piece looks perfect and I was wondering if it's possible to get the invisible or is it to short to squeeze through? Awesome switch to, I heard someone on H3A talking about if this switch was possible because they wanted it in there map. Great job Ivory. -CaMOfo
This map is Crazy cool! Must have taked months to make. Love the GeoGlitching at an angel, and the stairs that form an "X" for Xtreme!!
d hey Ivory, just got a chance to play on the map. we did a game of 3 v 3 on it and it played pretty well. Just enough cover, and just enough open spots. it was almost a perfect open to cover ratio. (because nothing is ever perfect). the stair pillar with the needler was aesthetically amazing in my opinion. it's simple, but it has that touch. no weapons were overpowering at all really. the beam rifle canceled out the FRC and invisibilty canceled out beam rifle. so good balance there. i only experienced 1 spawn issue while playing (which is good because almost all foundry maps have spawn issues) i just spawned pretty close behind an opposing team member. but that was once so not a big deal. but there is only one thing i found wrong really. did you want the custom power up to be used? because that one on the top level with the walls isn't in the box all the way, you can still take it and get super speed. and if you did mean it to be a part of gameplay... it spawns way to fast. RECAP: great map with great aesthetic touches and pretty good gameplay but with only one flaw (at least i think it's a flaw), the custom power up.
well, they were all started by Flux, and i thought it fitted well so i used something similar, brute cpt. doesn't mind. yeah that was probably me over at the artificers asking for advice, those guys are really helpful [/advertising] and yes, you are able to squeeze through the window panels easily. i like texan hats... thank you for all that, and the custom power up is supposed to be picked up, it sets off the switch which releases the beam rifle so you may pwn some bitchez. the power up is set at 10 second respawn so that the fusion coils 9which are the mechanism of the switch) stop exploding. i had to do that because if i left the fusion coils exploding, it could end up 2 was: 1.Game loses processing power because it has to simulate all the fusion coils activity (always) 2. eventually breaks the switch from un even explosions. (rarely) I did put a lot of thought into the decision, and you can turn off the custom power ups effects if you wish, i just didn't think it was necessary to make a game type which made such little difference.
doi, i wasn't even thinking about the beam rifle switch lol. ya but the custom power up shouldnt be too bad. i mean how is going super fast supposed to help you kill people. ya and making your own gametype just turning off custom power ups is totally unecessary. im sorry i thought that was a flaw now lol. but anyway my final rating is 5/5 of course.
Hey Ivory I havn't had a chance to look at the map in game yet but I think I've found a way to make you're Beam rifle catch a bit better and work more often. Merge it with the box you have it sitting on and set a few more around in likely places that it might land?
