thats what we thought at first but we explored the entire map for other people. this happened in a game of team doubles. my partner was behind me and the other member of there team was in the sword room.
When you 1st shot him, the guy's shield was pretty low. Typically when a spartans shield is low and is then shot at, he makes a sound like that. And since you fired twice, it made the sound twice. And he didnt make the sound after that because his shield was now regenerated because of the regenerator. It happened to me in my Perfection FFA film in my file share. I got shot by a sniper just as I threw down a Regen. and made the same noise.
Happens to everyone, when they have weak shields, they make that sound when they get shot because they're probably gonna die because of no shields, but since he was weak, and threw down a regen, you shot him, and tricked the game into thinking he was gonna die, but he didn't.
i donno whats goin on with you but i deff dont hear spartins yell "****! NO!" in many matches. lol hes right.. i was watching him play at the time. yes it does... wierd huh? ya i noticed that when i watched your vid.. but its not quite as easy as mine if to hear and its not as... strange.
yea yours is definently louder and much more noticable. And ive seen the youtube vid where one does yell out,F*** NO!" Really wierd. O.O
I dont know why everyones saying that it happens to everyone cause I've never heard a spartan say that as he gets shot before. Anyway good find

oh man.. we have stuff thats wierd but this was the wierdest.. we have people all the time that hold only no weapons and people hold there swords like guns and getting sniped through walls constantly. lol me hitting some1 with a sword 3 times in a row and them not looking any shield.. my headshots ricoshading off peoples heads.. i think bungie has a grunge on me
