Looks good, I downloaded. My only gripe is that it doesn't look like you merged your open boxes on the floor with the floor, which I think should always be done.
After loading it up and checking it out, I see that geo merging is just totally missing altogether. There are a lot of objects around the map that would be superfluous if you just geo merged the objects around them (namely the walls in the backs of the bases and around the edges of the map). You should merge your object into the walls slightly and then all those objects would be unnecessary, and you could use them on top of the open boxes after you merge those into the floor to make them even with the other objects around them. Other than that, good, strong, clean map. Can't wait to put together a game and play a few rounds on it. EDIT: My bad on the double post, I had expected someone to post again before I got around to posting, but didn't bother to check.
actually, it's funny you mention that...we may be making a V2 where we use geo-glitching PLEASE KEEP IN MIND: A: we never knew about door technique at time B: THERE ARE FOUR GEO-GLITCHES DONE AT THE TOP OF THE BASES, VERY DIFFICULT GEO-GLITCHES THAT WERE DONE PRIOR TO DOOR TECHNIQUE & WERE VERY DIFFICULT. sorry for the caps, but i really want you to notice that part....
just as an update deceased, i saw what shad0w is working on, and OMGAWD it is so much better, i knew there were a couple of things that could've been done, but omg...merging, re-designing the bases, etc...it's looking really good
I don't know if Project X will be getting featured at any point, but I do know that this map, of the entire SUX trilogy was my favorite...thanks for all the comments...
