I'm not exactly sure. What are some moves that Machamp can know. because I dont want too many people with rockets.
ok machamp learns these following moves by himself. karate chop, low kick, leer, focus energy, seismic toss and submission

Does it have to be self learnt moves? Or can it be any moves it can learn, Because Bullet Punch is A punch that hits so fast it hits like they are bullets. Also I agree Onyx has Overshield, Rockets and Bruteshot. Anyone with that wouldn't die in a hurry.
I think Bullet Punch as the BR would work for Machamp. And Onyx, I think those things suit Onyx. They may be overpowered, but I could make it so Onyx is placed in an awkward spot for the Brute Shot and Rocket to be used effectively. I'd like to use the Active Camo for one. Can Anyone think of a Pokemon that could use the camo?
Maybe Mew, but what other equipment. Possibly: Mew - Camo, Plasma Nades, ??? What weapons could Mew Have. Beam Rifle? Plasma Rifle? Hm???
Mew can have all moves it can learn any lol. But best fit would be Camo, Plasma Nades and Plasma Rifle to keep the blue plasma theme.
I'm not sure about keeping it with a blue theme. Maybe give mew speed boost as well. But what weapons?

You are able to delete your posts. I want to avoid using 3rd person weapons. But maybe a carbine and plasma rifle or possible sword would work.
Very original, However I think onyx will wipe the floor with the others, Onyx - Oversheild, Rocket, Brute Shot. Just my thoughts.
It'll probably depend on how many people are playing. If you're playing with enough people, then you could easily have someone spawn with something to combat Onyx.
Because Onyx is gonna body newbs in his current situation, maybe you should swap the overshield for a custom powerup that gives him overshiled like effects but makes him slow. Just a seggestion, of course.
