The entries have been collected and it's now time for the voting. To make your vote post in this thread stating which you believe is the best signature and your reasons why. So why am I not using a poll? Well there are two answers Firstly I want to ensure the voting is based solely on the quality of the sigs and not have the voting turn into a popularity contest. You must provide a valid reason with your vote based on the properties of the signature. Any vote without a reason will be disregarded. Secondly the poll system on the forum can only have ten options and there are often more than ten entrys. This is the best solution as far as I'm concerned. If you have entered the contest you are free to vote, but naturally you may not vote for yourself. For me it was between linubidix's and al capwnage's. The reason I say this is because every other entry has a really stagnant design. The skull guy's in the middle adding no spatial contrast or interest in the image. Al's is nice, however it feels as though the left side is lacking... I'd like to see some text there to activate that negative space. Right now, it seems bland, but it's a great image for a lot of text. He could put almost any text on the left and it would improve the image. That's why my vote goes to lin... the image isn't stagnant, he's activated alot of the negative space, sure you can't tell what that thing to the left is, but it makes the image more interesting.
thank you, haruki jitsunin, I appreciate your vote have some rep. My vote is for convulse, the colours contrast beautifully. It works very well, it differs from the rest of them. He has used the grim reaper figure instead of the british skeleton, which is great, he's used something from the background and turned it into the central focus of the sig. There doesnt appear to be any wasted space.
I vote for Convulse, because I am completely bias. Also all the others look pretty much exactly the same, which is boring... Disregarded: The creators sexual orientation is not a valid reason

Hmm it's tough one. I really like Phast Phood and Trents entries, but even though I feel linubidixs isn't as well executed it stands out to me more. The text is nice and the red and white lines work really well. linubidix gmv Your sig doesn't seem to be loading for me. The IRC came to the rescue though and reyn has reupped it. Your sig is up now, sorry 'bout that.
Nitrous. It's just a great signature all around, and he is such a great guy. Have you seen his bod? Hawt. This man has it all, artistic talent and chest hair. Hail the glorious leader. Disregarded: You are not allowed the vote for yourself
i didnt think you were allowed to vote for yourself..... lol ive gotta say i like opothehippo's border as well as how he used the colors and effects. i just think the contrasts worked very well. OPOTHEHIPPO!!
Thanks! For me there was a few good ones that stood out, like TD's and Convulse's, but I'm going to have to go with Nitrous' sig. Its doesnt look like it was edited much, but It looks the most appitizing. I hate to say, but pretty much everyone elses (including mine) were a bunch of filters. Plus the text on his was awesome, and fits in perfectly. Nitrous has a good eye for design, and yes his body is F'n HAWT. TD, yours was second.
I liked both TDHarding's, and Trent's, but I really like the circular aesthetic that TD's has, and the styling seems to fit the original image more.

I vote DRiSCOLL .. The background it great and the flag on the left goes well .. And then he sharpened the guy which added quality to the sig. Only bad thing is the guy is a bit close .. But i vote him!
I vote for linubidix. This is because he took a new take on the stock image by using what was in the background of the image. The text goes well with the sig and I think it is overall a great sig.
