User Name(s): Thorax tehGREAT Map Name: C.Q.B. Did you read and follow instructions: yes Do you prefer not using advanced forge techniques: I do but often times(ADD mostly) i never really finish any of my maps. w00t first entry
User Name(s): Philthyphillup Map Name: Quarters Bungie.net : Community : Forum Topic Listing : Forum Reply Listing Did you read and follow instructions: yes Do you prefer not using advanced forge techniques: It is simpler but not as fun. Instead of making a new map, i just submitted my first foundry map. This was before i learned to interlock and geo-lock.

Do you prefer not using advanced forge techniques: No, working around not being able to interlock objects was a "female dog". Interlocking is time consuming. But god it makes the map look better lol.
Sorry, no map from me, but don't worry, I'll remake the first map I ever made on Foundry! hurray! _____ Oh, Oh, And..... It should be ARE, objects means more than one, so are, unless you type glitch at the end maybe?
If you still need some one to fill in that judges spot I would love to be apart of the panel. I accually think this is a awesome thread because in here no one can say those old phrases, needs interlocking, its to sloppy. If you can't find anyone by July 4th, I'M HERE! =]
ermm...both questions are answered in the original post...unless you're asking a more subtle question...like: How do I get a map posted on the submission thread? The answer to that would be: 1) Save map 2) Put map on fileshare 3) Go to Bungie.net 4) Go to your halo 3 page 5) Go to your fileshare in said page 6) Copy url (at top of page) 7) Go to this thread: Here! 8) Then enter your map, in the following format: User Name(s): Example text Map Name: (Name must link to map) Did you read and follow instructions: yes/no Do you prefer not using advanced forge techniques: yes/no & explanation. 9) When you post your map on the "Map Name" section, type in "Map name here[/url.] (without the period.) I think that sums that up... If this is not what you were asking, then I'm sorry to you and I as that was a pretty difficult thing to explain, rofl...
I'm actually entering a map in this but you said competetive, so does that mean it can be FFA? or does it need to be team?
What do you mean specificly competitive? My friend is a sloppy forger so I might use one of his maps that we built but I might have a map idea in mind
Perfect Example Kron, I didn't intend for users to post there GT & FH username, but meh, that is completely okay. To Monkey: Specifically competitive, because if it were to be mini-game, or aesthetic (rofl), or others, it would be harder to judge this contest
This is kind of important. I used the money glitch because I forgot to load the normal canvas. . . I'm not sure if I went over or not. If I add up all of the prices will it still count if the map uses the glitch but the total of everything is 700 or below? ________ That link goes to the money glitch version - I want to add it all up and repost that tomorrow, can I just delete the link and repost it if it is 700-?
ouch...i'm terribly sorry to hear that...though...I will say this...In the Original post, there is a map on foundry you can download, from mlgplayahater, that is canvas on foundry, gametypes and all i believe, now, unfortunately, you can't enter the map without it being NON money glitched (no exceptions, sorry) but, as this is a non-interlocked map making contest, you shouldn't have to hard a time remaking this...sorry to dissapoint, but i can't let this slide...
lol okay, I'm still gonna add it up. Just so I can piss myself off when it's under 700. Oh well, I can re-make it tomorrow, it wasn't too bad. Thanks for answering so fast btw.
