I dont really remember if i already posted here, but here's my opinion on Isolation: -OK for fooling around -Horrible for SWAT, Territories, CTF, Slayer, Assault, King of the HIll, Oddball, everythin!
If isolation didnt go undergound everyone would think it is an awesome map. But it does... and why don't you like narrows?

The reason everyone hates isolation is because everyone needs a map to groan about (knight kninja i know you like Isolation...) and Isolation was convinient. (w00t for bad spelling)
because the map is boring and all the noobs rush straight for the rocket or shotty, dont get me started on the ghost!! the sniper is also iritating
isolation is great for two things, paintballing and swat, (IMO) anything else, I think that the map gets annoying without any cover, 99.9% of the time you have a possibility of being spawned, or being killed by someone who just spawned
I see a pattern here... It seems that all of the maps that most people dislike have either too many power weapons, dominating powerups, and/or a part of the map where all of the fighting occurs. Anyways, I'm one of the people that think of Isolation as another map, not some bad map or good map. Since it's been so long that I've played on it, is there a bubble shield on it? If there isn't, it is one of the two maps without one. I also noticed that The Pit doesn't have one either. It seems like I hate maps without bubble shields on them, although I don't use bubbles much. Maybe I like bubbles................ I could see why Isolation is bad. It is too open, and there is no item on the default map that could change that. It needs a bubble, to make use of cover. Also, with the Spike grenades, the Spikes would bounce around in the bubble, increasing the Spike Grenade's deadliness. Bungie needs to put a bubble on Isolation, and The Pit.
Can people not have normal Poll Options. But on topic, I love isolation, good weapon placement, good size, symetrical, good map geometry.
it's completely open, lacks any skill to be good at, and is usless to forge on. It is a complete and utter insult to the halo community, and overall is pointless
I'm not a fan of Isolation, but I wouldn't say that. While it is basically open, there is some cover, the occasional tree and some rocks. Team Lasers on Isolation is quite decent. While your opponent's laser is charging, you have enough time to dash to some cover or go underground because of the amount of time it takes for a laser to charge.

I personally don't like isolation for 3 reasons... 1. It reminds me of the mission "Cortana" on legendary (that was tough) 2. I dislike any map with a ghost 3. There is a good chance of being spawn killed
its ugly. simple as that. plus yeah its stupid to always have to be on your guard looking up and down and what not. its ok though i guess. i enjoy it occasionally
isolation is ok but i dislike it because lack of cover and using those damn brute weapons, it just seems that there everywhere in this map. oh ya and isolations is literally the worst map for forging. but its actually ok for matchmaking.
