No travel time on gunshots, the moment you pull your trigger the bullet connects with the target. Projectile is what it sounds like, the bullets are projectiles and require shot lead. Hitscan was classically used because it was easier on networking but that's not really an excuse nowadays. Hitscan is shallow garbage. Every weapon in H3 was projectile, the fastest being the laser but even there the crossmap shots required a small lead. Makes for a more skillful and rewarding experience, and is the best way to balance the range of weapons without adding random spread or bullshit auto aim, or uncontrollable recoil. <3 projectile hitscan is dog All rifles in H5 are hitscan
