Same dude spams the Halo subreddit with his YouTube videos. All of his posts are voted down to 0. His parents should take away his internet.
Decided to work a simpler layout and went back to a symmetric design. I had citadel and prisoner in mind with a sprinkle of orbital. Made for slap settings https://www.halowaypoint.com/en-us/...brbirbeI_cb6384c6-8447-47a4-83e5-7e705f5becf1 Edit: all done with copy paste! Next step is piece optimization. I'll post a video here in a second for the lazier
I wasnt really considering sawed off, since they came out with game modes without it. Had they not, id agree. A lot of people, including me, would disagree about the movement. Specifically wall-bouncing. The one better aspect of 4 is the level design. Simple and slightly repetitive, but designed for the close quarters encounters that Gears thrives on. 3 had Sandbar lol
What's not best about the wall bouncing? It's insanely smooth in 4 and you can wall cancel. Seems perfect (minus the wall bouncing cooldown). The level design is one of the weakest aspect of 4s I thought lol a bunch of boring ass squares. Gears maps used to have so much character.
You should check out his YouTube videos like I just have. Best half hour of my life. Highly recommend: His music video - profit His fortnite (I didn't do well...) video His sentinel forge creation video Singing the halo theme tune And His (experimental) AI in halo video And so much more
I take it all back, screw you fortnite for placing down floor pieces when i selected ramps, scre you fortnote for not picking up the rockets when i was spaming X, screw you fortnite for steeling my heart and then ripping up and spiting it out
I dont really disagree about them being somewhat boring and similar, thats why i said theyre repetitive. Yet, i still prefer them to 3. Trenches, Sandbar, Thrashball, etc? Ill take the squares. And the DLC maps seem pretty cool.
i want to ream a popsicle stick through my retinas after seeing those interlocking ramps theres a layout in there though. needs moar descale
