The color of autumn (not so much the leafless trees) can be achieved with a certain filter on.

 

I have this idea of making the Asian/nighttime/water/bridges/boats environment like Singapore in that one Pirates of the Caribbean movie. With huge amounts of detail and floating lampions etc etc.

I need to use 5000 pieces without framerate so yeah, it's impossible.

Just a time in my life where little changes need to be made here and there anyway - plus I think Bon Scott is a much more appropriate 'mysterious nutjob with cartoon-face-syndrome' than Wiener - though the effect will never be the same.. sigh

YES

 

I love walking outside on a cold winter night and seeing acacia trees with white leaves, where I am trees never shed leaves, they just turn albino.

Edit- I think winter is possible but very, very impractical as it would cost loads upon loads of budget to do convincingly, leaving almost nothing for structure.

You could probrobly do a small enviorment but not too much more if you were to have realistic snow and trees (implying its not just pine trees).

Plus the snow looks like styrofoam in this game, it lacks any of the real sparkle that real snow has.

 

I think the biggest issue is the ground, autumn doesn't have brown grass, autumn floor has leaves everywhere, autumn has a bunch of twigs and various foliage on the ground that is just damn near impossible to do in the limits of forge.

At least with winter it is in the realm of possibility to do a realistic theme, given you have loads, upon loads of budget to spend on snow.

Yeah the white leaves on the trees are pretty damn laughable. IDK why they didnt just make trees with snow on them from the start
