Considerably different. A castle often has disjointed walls you can border a map with, but a cathedral lets me explore a self contained building that you could be inside one minute and then outside the next without splitting it into multiple structures. I dunno if ill end up liking that layout after testing or not because it was based around throwaway paths i haphazardly blocked out a while ago. I do know though that i'd have at least designed a way more elaborate cathedral if i could have afforded it. I'd have wanted something way larger and grander with at least two more areas. Maybe i can afford it if i rethink the shape, but im going to be fighting Forge either way. Im wasting an embarassing amount of objects on something ad simple as a rock skybox.

I hate all of your maps. I can literally never understand the thought process behind any of them. Please stop, it's unbearable.
Word of advice: precarious catwalks and clamber platforms aren't ideal for cover or strafing, at least by themselves. Might wanna consider some more protective stuff around those.

I wish I could keep myself interested enough to forge a map for this. Sad really, I've managed to release multiple maps in each Halo since forge started but I haven't done anything since the 2v2.
So what kind of design were you going for here? And what player count? Hard to make sense of a layout beyond gestural concepts.
Design wise I wanted an ascending triple mountain peaks carved into as a small part of a town. Very loosely based on kakoriko village (if it were closer to death mountain.) I wanted those curved bridges to be peeking through the peaks at some points. Not pictured atm, that big house will have los to the topmost portion of a curved stairwell kiddie corner to its position on the map. That sword you see I want held by a giant statue that towers over the map (and have more than just the sword usable in game.) Well Forge is frustrating, Halo 5 is even more frustrating, and unending arguments about both can perpetuate that, but I suppose being constructive is healthier. Also my map isn't pissing me off today. But yea, I was just curious what was going on because of the shapes you used. You should flesh it out more so people can get a better sense of the direction you're going.
