State power should not intervene in the business of citizens unless those citizens have infringed upon the rights of another - it should intervene even less based on surface characteristics of said citizens, as that's where you get into the realm of positive rights being given by an outside agency rather than being natural. Well see a lot of people infringe on the rights of others solely based on surface characteristics. The law says all people are created equal and thus should be treated equally. I don't think it's special treatment when the state tries to ensure that equality when others infringe upon it with their treatment of their fellow citizen.
If they're infringing on negative rights, then yes that's criminal *and would be criminal regardless of surface characteristics* If they infringe on positive rights, absent government, there is no criminality, only hurt feelings - with government ensured and provided positive rights, which I assume you are referencing, then technically it is illegal, but the existence of those positive rights, enforced through the infringement of others' negative rights, is criminal in and of itself
also, the key is that we are created equal *under the law* meaning that any lobbying of a special interest group and subsequent legal benefits provided by the state actually goes against the application of this most basic foundation of the law

I knew there was a good one in there. I could agree to replace Nemesis with Sanctuary. It fits in with offering a traditional arena experience while offering ease of navigation since most players are familiar with that map. I also thought Mynx did a fantastic job at making the map look good so it fits all of my criteria for a competitive symmetrical 2v2 map.
