Okay, youre reaching here. It has nothing to do with my standard being the objective standard. It's literally Someone has made awesome content before that has impressed me. This doesn't. And I know he's capable of doing it. If I didn't think he was a good forger I wouldn't even had said anything, I would just say looks cool and move on. But you can extrapolate however you want --- Double Post Merged, Aug 11, 2017 --- This conversation is stupid anyways I'm done.
"There's no better place to live than in the United States of 2017, not on planet earth, not ever." -Ben Shapiro. Lmfao. This dude man lol what a load of crap. People actually believe this? @MultiLockOn I'm not starting anything here, I'm just curious about what you think about phrases like this. I mean I disagree with him on lots of things and that's ok. But this is just saying ****.
I get that WAYWO has been rowdy the last few days, but these reactionary bans are ridiculous. If it's part of a "no tolerance" policy, then cool - ya'll want to moderate like NeoGAF, where a mod can ban you just because they feel like it, then just let everyone know by making those newly enforced "rules" explicitly transparent. It'll drop site activity more than any of the discussion will, but I mean as long as we're politically correct on a video game forum right?
Given and Multi are basically the only people I talked to in Halo 3 that are still active, and because of that I tend to respect their opinions more than most other people. Call that the need to impress if you want, I don't care. I love how everyone is making a big deal out of this but the person whom the comment was directed to, me.
I glossed over what Xzamplez said because it looked like he just wanted to pick a fight. But even I was bothered by Multi's post . I know it was said with a jestful tone, but I don't think you started the map with the intention of impressing him, so it looked haughty to everyone else. But since you picked up his meaning and aren't phased by it, it's not really anyone else's place to continue discussing it anymore. This topic is just gonna go in circles like those inflatable hamster balls until someone pokes a hole in theirs.
I mean I'd rather live here than in the land of ackbar, but what does the US do better than Canada, New Zealand, Netherlands, Japan, or one of those rich island nations?
Tax rate Valuable and workable resources Density Social mobility Religious freedom The shreds of a constitution founded on individual negative rights --- Double Post Merged, Aug 11, 2017 --- Not in Santa Monica though, so I think he's gotcha there
General rule of thumb for America. If Democrats are in power, generally Democrats are happy. If Republicans are in power, generally Republicans are happy. The polarization is complete ****ing **** brought on by the fact that there's only two political parties, but that's our system and no one seems really intent on trying to change it, so we get this phenomenon where no more than like 55% of the country is happy with our leadership at any given time. I can see the reasons why people like Shapiro would say that today, and it's because they prioritize certain things over others. Social dichotomies and inequalities are much more important to those who lean left. Trump and our current Congress couldn't be arsed to care about the plight of any special interest group based on race, gender, or sexual orientation. In my opinion it comes down to whether the current leadership is more focused on what's best for everyone vs maintaining all the best and worst aspects of capitalism that create inequalities. I know this is kind of bullshitting and completely biased, but our political polarization is a huge topic.
You're making me dig back about 50 pages to find a list of maps you want me to consider? Thats going to take a while for me If you have your list handy could you please just share again? Sorry but I've got a busy day, thanks in advance. Also, if anyone else has a recommendation to replace Nemesis, let me know. Appreciate the second opinions here!
