Did atleast 50-60% of the map but cant seem to find the rest of the coins needed for the grenades. Any hints as to where they are?
From the spawn, there are 3 coins on the right paths, and 4 on the left path. I'll try to give a more detailed guide to where they are tomorrow.

Good question. The grunt does seem to be pointing everywhere almost, stand on top of him, and follow down his arm.
It's cool. We found it. Took a break now. 3 hours in and were only at third boss. Did have a lunch break tho
