With E3 quickly closing in I thought I'd ask you bunch of lazabouts what your predictions, hopes and dreams for this event are this year. On Microsofts end I'm hoping to see a final product for Hololens, with a price, and a firm and impending release date, and I wouldn't mind news that they upgraded the lackluster viewing angle. An accompanying table top RPG would be nice. I could also do for some VR talk with a few titles that make me want it. On the game front I would like to see Microsoft come up with at least 2 never been seen before AAA exclusive titles due out this year, with at least one more on the way for next year. I would like at least one of those titles done with story driven gameplay in the styling of Naughty Dog. I would love to see sequels to Lost Odyssey, Perfect dark, and to hear that Unreal Tournament 4 with editor were coming for free Xbox One (also the ability to make it on PC and bake it for Xbone like UT3 on PS3). Oh, and how about that Spielberg TV series about some space dude coming out. As for Sony I want to hear about a sequel for the Killzone franchise that goes back to it's co-op gameplay but plays more closely to it's last installment. Still hoping for a new Sled Storm title after all these years, and I would also like to see a complete refresh of the Twisted Metal series. Speaking of a refresh I would love to see a new fully re-imagined Resistance title with 4 player co-op. Something new from Naughty Dog, because Naughty Dog. Sony has plenty of new IP's but I would like to see some more focus on western style IP's, or at least Japanese stories and art, with western game mechanics. I want to see Cyberpunk 2077 gameplay footage and hear that it's coming out this year. I want to see Age of Empires 4 (and not be some cartoony piece of ****). The biggest fantasy of all: Crossplay finally enabled between PS4 and Xbox One. So um that's my short list
I'm a simple man and just want two things; more RDR2 footage and a guy from Rockstar on stage saying the pushed back release date was just a joke.
Xbox is showing the Scorpio more Bunch of ww2 and Destiny 2 **** ton of Sony exclusive games being showed Like no Xbox ips
Dreams-the good luck with that list: Elderscrolls 6 Dragons dogma 2 Tomb raider installment 3 H3 anniversary COD WaW Remaster A drunk fun game for my wife. Something "cute" like overcooked or battleblock. Prediction: Nothing i find interesting More cancerous feminism and PC culture in games
E3 will be shiny trailers like every year, hyping people up and getting them to buy rushed unfinished end products. We've seen some rays of hope like Witcher lll, Ori or even Doom to some extent, but really the list of good well polished games in the past two years can be counted with one hand, likely two.
I agree with all of this, and sure why shouldn't your wife get a drunk fun game. Is it wrong that even with Uncharted and Tomb Raider I still want an Indiana Jones game with a young Harrison Ford as the main character? I think I still have the last one on my modded original Xbox. I would also like to see Path of Exile properly hyped and releasing on Xbone within the next month. I think that's a game that deserves more recognition. News that they are going to do the controller remapping right. ie: Switch to standard controls when in the system menu (+customizable) Save button profiles Shareable button profiles Custom button profiles set to auto load based on game Put this feature on the first tab when popping out of the game to use it (durrr) Another wish list item would be original Xbox compatibility. There's not a tonne of games in there I want to go back to but there still are quite a few. I'm always pro BC so I think it would be nice to have even if not heavily used. I prefer my Red Faction 2 on console.

Some interesting stuff on the E3 Lineup. I'm curious if all those unannounced AAA titles are multiplat or if they are stealth exclusives.
