Thanks dude! I wanted to do something with the Covenant pieces that wasn't your typical Covy starship map.

Thanks man! I actually used the palace from The Phantom Menace as inspiration, so that's why you're seeing similarities.
Not sure if I should be happy or sad about this...but there will obviously be an update coming soon. lol

After watching the gameplay video I can't help but feel that this is the right way to build a map for Halo 5's gameplay mechanics. Lovers of the mechanics may disagree as the map restricts movement in a way that 343 never does, but as someone who believes properly restricting movement improves gameplay I love this. You can still use all of your fancy thrust moves but their impact on gameplay is lessened, forcing players to consider how they traverse the map a little more. Oh, and it's pretty to boot. Nice work.
Hey man, I missed your reply for a bit there but thanks for checking out the map and sharing your thoughts. Since this is built from a block out by @Egggnog , he's the one who should be getting the praise for the layout and smart gameplay choices. Big props to him, because his block out truly was great for the reasons you've outlined here...I just made it look nice. I'm glad you enjoy the map, it's always been one of my favorites.
Nice. I loved the aesthetics. I really want to rebuild one of my maps in the Sangheili style but every time I try I quit soon after because I almost immediately run dry. That plus I think I've lost interest in forging. No time + no ideas + no friends to play with = no maps. Last time I got the urge to try again was after looking at this map. The attempt still sucked but thanks for the moment of inspiration.
