Living there now because my last landlord passed away and those filthy Americans showed the Chinese how to make a buttload of money by very slowly turning properties in Canada. Thus forcing the rental and real estate rates through the roof. Now I pay more than my old rent to live in the home I ran away from (25 years ago) that still has most of the ridiculous rules it always had. Sadly this is still cheaper than the current rental rates that I would happily pay if there were some ****ing suites to rent but there isn't on account of the the cunts who created AIR BNB. But I'm not bitter.
Last off-topic comment by me I promise I've been taking all the replies to me at face value, because at how outlandish some of them are lol. Sorry about the confusion. If people are so unpredictable, why is propaganda so damn effective? I dont think people are 100% chaotic. I just dont think its reasonable to think all humans will think logically. An example of this would be vacinations. You would think every human who has access to vacines for their children would take advantage of this, right? Logically nobody would appose this. Unfortunately their are still some people who do crazy mental gymnastics and creating factional ideas to justify their actions. But to answer your question, my best guess is that it feeds directly into there sense of entitlement and patriotism. Get someone to believe they are a victom and you can do better, and they will do whatever you want them to do. Propaganda doesnt always work on 100% of a population though. Destiny 2 looks ****ing sexy ------------------------------------------------------------ The one thing I hate about the internet is how easy it is to make retarded claims and still look decently competent. Ill take this as a compliment
I completely understand that there are a ton of variables, but my general statements don't apply to those people. My original comment was that escaping poverty, for the mass majority of people, is decision based. Those 3 decisions I talked bout earlier increase your chances of escaping poverty by 75%. If I'm going to be honest, I wasn't really trying to start an argument. While I do believe that my claims, based on statistics and deductive reasoning, are accurate, I was really just airing my greivances about people who blame being poor on stupid things. (Like race) Also, yes. You are the quirkiest cracker that ever cared to cackle.
Half this forum cannot stand to read these stupid ass arguments in the WAYWO thread. Yet you're always involved in them @Xandrith so don't complain when someone like @Dunco comes in with quirky statements or memes. It's the only enjoyment most of us get when we enter this thread and read page after page of bullshit. I actually agree with a lot of what you have to say @Xandrith but honestly man you're just **** at debating. You insult someone almost every single time. It's not very convincing. Xandrith is right and he backs up his argument with real numbers, with real statistics. But ask someone who has struggled their whole life or barely made it pay check to pay check how much they give a **** about numbers. And I understand that this should have no place in a debate but...Someone who has worked hard their whole life and barely got by doesn't give a **** about what numbers a teenager living with his parents pulls out. I'm assuming that is why most people disagree with you on this argument. Individuals in poverty are a prideful bunch, and rightfully so.
You're right that I could be a lot less insulting, but it's just so easy over the internet. I fall into that prideful category as much as anyone. I like talking over voice or in person because people are generally much more understanding and bad arguments are called out much more. I won't apologize for calling opinions stupid, but I'm sorry about the various insults or whatever I happened to say. I honestly don't remember much of them at this point.
Can we just take a moment to notice that Larger Fiend said he knows more about stocks and bonds than anybody?
This pretty much sums it up, right here. And I love that every word I utter digs so deep into his skin, that he randomly mentions them months later. I look forward to your next showcase, little guy.
Here in Hawaii we have a high rate as well, and starting price for a decent house is generally $600k. --- Double Post Merged, May 18, 2017 --- Why?
I'm not even sure what you're talking about, but okay. You win I guess? And you agree that I was right now? You're confusing.
Similar here, but then you get to live in Hawaii. My friend is looking to sell her half of a duplex and apparently it's worth $600k. Maybe I should move to Hawaii.
I think the issue is what you said has many assumed implications associated with it and it was unclear what message you were actually making. I don't think a damn person here would disagree that you need to make decisions to escape poverty (no ****, does that even need to be said???). It's the likely hood of those decisions being made due to behaviors taught in the childhood phase, that will have the greatest affect on wether or not a individual in poverty will be able to make those 3 choices to leave it. It's almost like me saying "Murder can be avoided. It only takes one choice and decision of a would be murderer to not murder." That is a true statement. Altough I haven't explicitly said it, due to the manner I presented the statement in, its reasonable to believe someone reading it might interpret it as me saying ending murder is easy as it only takes one decision not to murder by a potential murder. I just worry about how you present things... It's almost like there is some other underlying message you are implictly trying to push under your shallow blank statements. I'm not sure if your familiar with American slavery, indentured servitude, the civil Rights Era and the reprocusions that plauge the youth who are descendants of the AA generations that lived through those atrocities, but yes in many cases being poor can be almost entirely blamed on racial reasons. Again, I think your extermly underestimating how much childhood development actually determines how an individual will act and function as an adult.
You cucks that can't buy a house should just move to the DFW area. Homes that cost $500k in other states are around $270k where I live. I only suggest that you buy a built-in tap filter if you move to Euless. ****'s slimey.
