Also the whole "more people like sprint" argument is so ridiculous considering that the second sprint was introduced into Halo, player retention plummeted. Halo 3 had more users 3 years after launch than Halo 5 did 3. months. Why does a poll of under 1000 count as the whole community? Why would people listen to the 343i fanboys and thoughtless players that simply refuse to understand why Sprint and other movement abilities isn't good for Halo as a franchise? These abilities force maps to be very 1-dimensional in all spaces if abilities are even considered to enhance map traversal in the slightest, yet 343i refuses to make maps take advantage of these abilities past, 'You can jump n climb here, durr.' Beyond wasn't formed by a bunch of people who didn't like sprint. It's the after math of the MLG forums when they shut down, it's just competitive players that have been around for a long time. The fact that it's so unanimous there regarding sprint speaks volumes. And to answer your question people have been begging for no sprint playlists since BEFORE THE GAME CAME OUT. I guess people don't like BTB either since Halo 5 launched without it. I guess people like radar too since it took them two years to remove it. I guess I must love Halo 5 since I'm on a Halo forum! I think you've missed my point - a Burger, if we conceive of it as simply Bun, Beef Patty, and Bun, is iconic, yes? Now, let's say Burger Joint X decides to add a new burger to their lineup. In this burger, the buns have been replaced by lettuce. They keep their regular burgers on the main menu, and market the lettuce burger as a novelty item. In this way, they maintain not only the integrity of the brand/formula, but the products they sell. Now, let's say Burger Joint Y sees this, and comes up with their own new burger. This one sprays the beef with lettuce flavoring, but does not limit it to a novelty item, they instead spray EVERY regular burger on their menu with lettuce flavoring as well. Suddenly, the icon has lost its integrity. Why? Because some ****ing ponce decided to throw caution to the wind and **** with the basic formula, WITHOUT quarantining it from the rest of the menu, or doing thorough consumer feedback. I'm not denying that some, if not tons of people may love the new lettuce flavor burgers (I admit a twinge of positive feelings for them myself), but the company selling them has simply jumped too high, too far, and too soon by changing the thing that made their item special/iconic in the first place. Same with the Miata. If Mazda wants to sell a 5 liter V8 Miata with concrete bumpers to make it drivable, by all means. Some people even make their own, without the concrete, so there is a market for them. But if they decide instead to make every Miata from 2018 onwards a V8, they'all have gone and ****ed the formula that made Miatas so special in the first place. And almost no amount of PR or customer feedback, or atonement can save their reputation after something like that.

I think this is all an elaborate scheme to make Multi get banned. His tolerance towards incorrectly informed opinions has been pretty low lately, so I would only assume having some guy just pop in with some of the worst opinions I've ever seen would be just the ticket. Agreed, though it's the closest thing mainline consoles ever got to a real arena shooter, and that's the magic sauce the way I see it.
