Venus - 8v8 set in a ruined city on Venus inspired by destiny

In this map you'll find yourself fighting through caves corridors, rooms undergoing construction that was never finished, ruined streets, and a barren desert. Whether you fight in the open desert and streets using the mantis found in the central courtyard or in the towering skyscrapers utilising both the brand new plasma-nade turret (made using weapon glitch) and the overshield found on the upper walkway you'll have plenty of fun. that guy updated Venus with a new update entry:

Venus 2

Early feedback has lead to many changes to the map. Some I am unsure about and therefore I have saved the updated map under the name "Venus 2". Changes include the shrinking and revamping of the entire desert area and the removal of the mantis which is replaced with the overshield from the bridge.

Venus

Venus 2 was the version that has gone forward after another week of testing. Please download the new version of the map, "Venus" using the download link.
Textures have also been updated to provide more contrast between the floor and walls and the back water corridor has had multiple changes such as a staircase down from an upper room.
CTF has also been added

Venus

CTF has been added and tested and the back corridoor has had further changes. Also power weapons/vehicles have been returned to their original positions with the plasma-nade turret in the entranceway, the mantis by the central sculpture and the overshield on the bridge. The gravity hammer has had ammo reduced as it was a bit op for a non power weapon. Some grass has also been removed to reduce framerate and finally the walkways that border the streets have had extra cover and aesthetics...

that guy updated Venus with a new update entry:

Venus

Some grass and vines have been removed to decrease framerate.

A man-cannon has been added up to one of the skyscrapers from across the street making it less of a power position. This is an attempt to increase the area players go in when playing slayer.

Finally vehicle blockers have been added to prevent the mantis from entering buildings. However I noticed the blockers seemed to be broken so please message me if you know of a fix.

Barriers have been added to prevent mantis entering buildings etc. due to the fact that invisible blockers don't work with mantises.

A further route has been added from the flooded corridoor where camo is found to the library room. 2 windows which can be entered through, once the pallets blocking them are destroyed, have also been added to this room.

Also the upper room where the central stronghold is found now has a large open window which can be entered via a man-cannon on a lower...
