Somewhat relevant Go to 5:50 for gameplay Just worth noting how much better oblivion looked when I posted it versus now after 343 ****ed lighting. Not only was it more evenly lit but the colors were much better. More greens and softer warm colors. Now the whole thing is way blown out orange and deep blacks. The pillars were always dark though

You just noticed this? The simplicity of Forge, the love for Halo, and the size of it's community was pretty much what kept me in this camp. With Ued getting easier and easier to use and a community slowly crawling back to it, all I'm left with is a love for Halo that is more a memory than anything else. That all being said I still prefer the pacing of Halo, so I'll probably stick around till I see what Halo 6 Forge has to offer. PS. This is also why I always put mostly power weapons on my maps.

If anyone is interested in creating their own game in Unreal 4, this guy is just starting a tutorial series based on imitating existent examples of game mechanics. He only has Genji's movements (no running up walls) and Super Hot's slowed time mechanics at the moment, but it's worth a watch. Here's the first video:
