I pretty much spend my life researching all those cars you named so if you want a real answer I can give you one but it'll have to be over live because it's way too much to type
So I've figured out that using the Customs Browser is actually pretty effective for getting players to test maps. Just set a Slayer game to unlimited kills on like a 30 min time limit, make sure your map doesn't look like ass and add a cover photo to the file, and people will join and most likely stick around.
I feel like that's good for getting players and that's it. No one who joins is going to know the layout of the map or even care to win.
Here's what you need to know. Drive any of those except the mustang and you are gay, want to be gay, or will be gay soon. Drive the mustang and you are now a teenage girl in the late 1990's.
Yeah it's good enough for feeling out player interactions and where combat tends to gravitate. I can tell a decent amount about how the map will play based on my experiences playing, enough to make sure it plays how I want. Gonna make a few little changes to Dojo.
As an admin can't you delete posts that aren't on topic? I started reading this thread because I wanted to see what other people were working on, and share the maps that I'm working on but nobody really seems to give a **** about what others are working on, this thread has turned into people just starting drama and giving each other crap... It has become so god damn toxic and people hardly ever post anything relevant to the topic anymore. Just because someone is a well known member in the forge community, they shouldn't have the right to ruin threads like these for everyone else.
This always happens with newer members whenever we don't add "/OT" to the title. WAYWO is a thread that's origins date back to the MLG forums in Halo 3. Since then, it's always been the unspoken OT thread. This isn't a privilege only given to certain members. It's the way it's always been. There have been some WIPs posted the last few pages.
Got this finished up last week, still testing and tweaking as needed Kind of an old screenshot, as i made a lot more progress, but i am working on my next map in the Instl 00 series.
