I don't care how stupid you think any thread is, dropping in and laughing at everyone who has participated just makes you look like a jerk. You're not above it all, so either admit that you have nothing to contribute, or go the **** away.

 

My original post was a joke, which I believe the two people who responded to it understood that. My 'Lol' post was because I found @Soldat Du Christ reply humorous. Wether he was joking or being serious, which I couldn't tell, I still found it funny.


Telling me to either contribute or get the **** away is a bit ridiculous. Especially coming from someone whose majority of posts start bullshit arguments.

Where do you get I was laughing at everyone? I replied to one post in this 5 page long thread saying 'Lol'.

Also I never said this thread was stupid.

Stop trying to make my comments seem like they're more than what they actually are.

 

What? My posts have barely started any arguments in this thread at all. It's mostly been between between Chunk and Soldat.

I absolutely despise people like you who pass through threads like this and act like the arguments are so petty, and that you are above contributing. You came off that way, and I would have gladly said sorry If I got it wrong...

This thread is a discussion not an argument. I was referring to the forum as a whole, you're in more petty arguments with people than any other member here. Which is why I said it is ridiculous for you of all people to tell me to contribute or get the **** out.

Once again, my original post was a joke. Can you find any other example as to where I have 'not contributed?' I made one joke and now I am part of a group on this forum who thinks I'm above everyone else? Come on man, like I said you blew a three worded post out of proportion.

Where do you get your suspicion that I was calling everyone in this thread 'stupid'? I was referring to your petty arguments across all of Forgehub that you seem to be in every other week. I never once mentioned any arguments in this thread, why? Because this is a discussion thread?? I was referring to you, not anyone else.

You're being the the mainstream media, dude. Not everything I say has suspicious meaning or has an underlying tone. It was a light hearted joke that you have spun into something entirely more aggressive. I do not think I am more intelligent or above any of you, which I believe I have stated on FH before.

It's just hypocritical of you to tell me to contribute or get the **** out, and you despise people 'like me' for a light hearted joke. Remember when you told Goat that his map looked like a donut and everyone flipped out for like 3 pages of posts?

 

Okay, I understand most of what you're saying. Just know that it's a common theme on Forgehub and really any forum for people to drop in and make fun of people in any given thread without actually adding anything, and that sort of thing has been getting on my nerves for a while. It was wrong of me to respond the way I did... at first.

Something that baffles me is that your response literally exemplifies what you say I got wrong. I got pissed because It seemed like you were dropping in to make fun of the thread. First, I misinterpreted your initial post, which I am sorry for. Second, you respond with a clear cut attack which I thought was aimed at the whole thread, but come to find out was aimed only at me. Third, you say I'm making things up.

I'll admit I got it wrong that you were attacking the whole thread, but clarifying that you were only attacking me makes literally no difference from my point of view. So, which is it? Have ALL of your posts been lighthearted jokes, or were my suspicions of patronization accurate the whole time? Pick one.

 

You were wrong about my two original posts, they were light hearted jokes. I was not making fun of the people in this thread. You attacked me for it, so I responded saying you're being hypocritical and that you of all people should not be telling me to contribute, considering you're in several petty arguments across Forgehub. I said that you were making stuff up, because you were. You were interpreting and assuming things that I simply did not say.

I am not attacking you for anything said in this thread. I am referring to your participation on this forum in general.

It's actually a little funny. I'm being hypocritical for engaging in a petty argument with you, which I have criticized you for doing several times by calling you hypocritical.

As for the first paragraph, I appreciate your apology. With that said, you then go on to say people dropping into threads without contributing gets on your nerves. This is something I've seen you do several times. In fact, everyone on this forum has. It's a forging forum, not every post has to be well thought out with APA citation.

Honestly man, This was blown out of proportion. I just didn't appreciate you generalizing me in a group for a joke. I have no issue and I am not making fun of anyone for engaging in a discussion, you guys can carry on.

Hey, I commend you on humbling yourself and apologizing. No one does it anymore... It's sad. I mean, it's supposed to sting and be embarrassing to humble yourself and apologize, people need to realize that. IDK you just impressed me with how you actually got it right, most people don't, many times not even me.
