I just saw on another forum site and it said there are no fair teams in Halo 5 Forge For PC. They say it has always been that way for custom games. So my question if that is true if Halo 6 comes out there will be NO fair teams in custom maps?. As of now there is no auto team balancing in Halo 5 for PC. So why would people buy a game that was no fair to all user's? hummm......

What you were told is accurate. There isn't, and never has been, team balancing in custom games within Halo. The lobby has to balance the teams themselves. I don't expect this to change in Halo 6, but who knows...

Wow! this is almost 2017 and a game that doe not have fair teams in their game for all user's. Well if it is true as you say why even have custom maps if the developer will not make that game fair for everyone.
Well I see no reason to buy a game that is not fair for everyone. I still run my BF1 and Halo Online servers. Yes H.O. does not have a auto team balancing but at least I can kick people off the server if the do not even up the teams to make the game fair unlike Halo 5 Forge for PC. So it looks bad for me bud. :( Looks like I won't buy Halo 6 For PC if it does not support fair teams. Sucks to be me and I really like H5 for the PC. O'well life goes on. :(

In my experience, it's never been that difficult to create fair teams on your own. It becomes pretty obvious after one game if the teams are unbalanced, and people are almost always willing to switch teams to make it more enjoyable for everyone. Seems silly to not buy a game you otherwise enjoy over this issue, but that's up to you I guess. We all have to draw that line in the sand somewhere, and if that's where yours is then so be it.

With respect sir, there is no way in hell to have fair teams in H5: For PC. I have repeatedly have asked people to even up the teams. 95% People refuse to switch teams. You cannot even kick people to help keep teams even. Last nite on my server team red team had 8 players and blue team had two players. Red team was winning and NOBODY would switch and when the round was over it was still 8 vs. 2. Please tell me in Halo 5 forge for PC can have fair teams as you say it is not difficult to create fair teams. Please tell me how you are going to do it. I'll take you suggestions and implement it. ok?

Hmm...sounds like you're playing with terrible people. I basically only play customs with people I've gotten to know over the years. The only suggestion I can really give is to add people as friends if they're considerate/reasonable, and avoid the asshats. I realize that's easier said than done when you're starting from scratch. :(

I'd imagine the population will be much larger with H6, since it will be a full release instead of whatever they did with H5, so there'll be a much larger pool of people to pull from. That should make it significantly easier to build up a good pool of people to play customs with.

Well it's kinda hard to get rid of the asshats if you can't kick or ban them in H5 Forge For Halo PC. So IMHO PC people are screwed in having a fair game since there is no way in hell to balance the teams to have a fair game and that's a fact!

You should be able to boot players if you go to the fireteam menu and select each of their names individually @Hozer.

Wait, we can boot players from games now? Or is this only in the lobby?

Hit either the F key on the keyboard or X on the controller while in the game lobby, then click on someone's name and you'll see the option to boot them.

Edit: Just to be clear, you can only do this in the lobby, not during a game.

All the previous Halo games let you kick people in game, I'm not sure why they thought it was a good idea to remove that.

I've played in dozens of custom lobbies on pc, and it hasn't always been balanced, but often good competition and lots of fun. Create your own if you don't like the lobbies you see.

If I had the .dlls and the executables I would make a mod in a heartbeat. But since everything is on that damn AZURE Server it makes it kinda heard to do so don't you think? Or did you not know that all the files are on that damn AZURE Server? Have a Nice Day ROFL.

Wtf are you talking about. You cant create a custom lobbies of your own? How the heck did you misinterpret what I typed?

I very clearly meant, "if you don't like the lobbies ppl are hosting, host your own. "

hahahaha your funny! That is all I do is host games roflmfao. But you still cant kick or ban peopole IN GAME!!!! Only in lobby. The only way you can kick people in the game is in the lobby and to do that you would have to shut down the server to do that. That would be real STUPID TO DO!! ROFLMFAO!!!

Your feeble attempt at wit not withstanding, you are correct about the booting stupidity. However, I suggest simplyou trying to create a culture in the customs community, where if the host asks a newcomer to change teams, or for ppl to not Crete multi teams, they comply, else they know they will be booted before next match. Once someone is booted, they cannot join again unless invited. Especially on pc, where pop is small, that would shape those folks up quick!

    Good luck
