Oh....little man. I know this is late, but-My great grand parents on my mother's side, both her mother and father, all emigrated to the US from Greece. My maternal grandmother met her first husband, my maternal grandfather through the local Greek orthodox church. My mother and uncle are both 100% Greek heritage. I am the first of several grandchildren who are "only" 50% Greek. I have to say, you are an ass, and will NEVER sample my famous homemade Baklava Big meanie :slap:
That's aight, I've eaten plenty of Baklava and am not a fan. Also, you're a second generation American.
Hey @Yekkou , do you have other screenshots of things you've done with that style? I want to create sort of a prototyping style. I lack artistic skill, but something like this style I could use to prototype gametypes but still have them look a bit polished. I want sort of that abstract feel to it to bring focus to the gametype mechanics.
As for more examples, I don't unfortunately. I'm working on some rough stuff, but I mean, if you give me layout, I'd be down to create something for it? Or a rough idea and let you take the reigns or whatever.
I would play the **** out of this. Nah it isn't for a particular thing yet. The thing is... I have a lot of gametype ideas, and they won't all work on dev maps. I don't want to spend too much time on being a perfectionist on aesthetics, but I still want it to feel cohesive and polished. I want to put as much focus on the new game mechanics as possible. Best way to do that is to create a single style, and re-use it as I build new gametypes. Simple and abstract allows me to focus on what matters and will become a staple of "this is a prototype".
